  • Day 1 Arrival - Brindisi
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Arrival - Brindisi

      Arrival at the Airport (transfer) we will pick up  you and take you to the farmhouse .Check in and show around the property.

      After a small break we make a tour of the farmhouse and an explanation of how do the oil (at that time may not see as is hara because the season is from October to January) visit to the mill where Emilio explain all the procedure (we use the traditional procedure) followed by an Olive Oil tasting 

      Visit to a winery (before returning to the farmhouse) with a tasting of local wines of this area.

      Dinner at the farmhouse with typical food from Salento ,such as  biological vegetables directly collected from the farmhouse.

  • Day 2 Lecce And Maglie
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Lecce And Maglie

      Breakfast. Excursion to Lecce (called the Florence of the South) with a professional guide where you will make a walking tour of the city, one of the capital of the Baroque in Italy.

      Free time for shopping. Typical food leccese (Lecce) at a restaurant in the old town (closed menu)

      Visit to the pasta factory authentic (Cavalieri) in Maglie with explanation of its origins and possibility to buy.

      Return to the farmhouse . Dinner based on fish dishes typically cooked in a traditional way.

  • Day 3 Otranto
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Otranto

      Breakfast. Excursion along the coast and visit of Otranto (the Castle Cathedral and the old quarter with a professional english speaking guide

      Food-based sea urchins and fish (freshly fish) in Porto Badisco or meal in Otranto. (depends on the season is going to be a restaurant or another)

      Return to the farmhouse Some free time. Cooking classes at the farmhouse, explication and preparation of  typical "home made pasta salentina" with the chef Emilio. 

      Dinner with handmade pasta and seafood.

  • Day 4 Santa Maria Di Leuca, Gallipoli
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Santa Maria Di Leuca, Gallipoli

      Breakfast .Visit OF Santa Maria de Leuca (Emilio Hara guided visit), the town is the eastest town of Italy, from where is possible in the sunny days see the greekโ€™s coast. Then we will visit the prehistoric seacave Zinzsulusa. Return to the farmhouse. Afternoon tour of Gallipoli, a popular and glamour touristic town on the Ionian Sea, with a professional guide and dinner in a typical pizzeria napolitana.Return to the farmhouse.

  • Day 5 Alberobello
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Alberobello

      Breakfast. Departure to Alberobello, the famous village white coloured with the traditional Trulli. Guided Tour of  Alberobello with a professional guide.

      Free time for shopping and souvenir. Tasting of the Typical food of this area of Apulia, named la Valle dell โ€˜Itria 

      Return to the farmhouse Free time . Dinner at the farmhouse 

  • Day 6 Ostuni
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Ostuni

      Breakfast . Pick up from the farmhouse, after 1 hour driving along the adriatic coast you will approach the white town of Ostuni. Visit of Ostuni with a professional english speaking guide.Free time for lunch and souvenirs.

      Return to the farmhouse and free time . Farewell Dinner at the farmhouse 

  • Day 7 Salento, Matera
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Salento, Matera

      Breakfast.After the cultural and culinary experience in Salento, you will now visit the splendid city of

      Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019 .Pick up from the farmhouse and Transfer to Matera.

      Arrival in Matera and check in at the Hotel. 

      At 4:30 pm, meeting with our local guide Mr. Cosimo  and departure for a scenic

      walking tour around Sassi Area including the visit to a Cave House, Hypogeum water collector and

      other sites. At the end of the tour, local wine and food tasting of of local Materani products of the

      highest quality in an exclusive and totally private location. Overnight

  • Day 8 Matera
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Matera

      Breakfast. Morning at leisure . In the afternoon meeting with our local guide Mr. Cosimo at the

      Hotelโ€™s lobby and departure around 4-:30 pm, for a tour of the Murgia Muterana Park crossing a

      tibetan bridge over the Matera Canyon.(in case of impediments, we will organize the transfer to the Murgia Materana by private car) The tour will explore some of the most scenic parts of the

      Murgia Materana a 10.000 Hct area of natural park surrounding the city of Matera. Visit of a Rupestrian Church.

      Return to the Hotel. Dinner and Overnight

      Breakfast. Morning at leisure to explore Matera by your own or to buy some souvenir .Farewell
