Feel the atmosphere of the colonial period as you walk the charming streets of the historic center,

knowing its beautiful architecture where every detail and symbol exists in the buildings. They carry meaning and stories of important historical passages in Brazil. Paraty was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized for its riches natural and cultural as it encompasses the Bocaina National Park, the preservation area of Cairuçu and the Historical Center Monument of Paraty. I also won the title of center of creative gastronomy by UNESCO for its importance in gastronomic culture and its consistent development. Irregular sidewalks, thick decorated walls, balconies colonial with iron bars with their symbols of colonial culture. The city tour is a pleasant walk accompanied by a specialized guide who will lead the participants to a trip in time. We will visit beautiful craft workshops, churches and old houses in the city. To the end of the walk, a stop to taste “Cachaças” and liqueurs (optional) in the shops in the historic center.

Breakfast and departure for the full-day Rio city tour. Corcovado and Christ the Redeemer. From any place in the city, the visitor will be able to see the most beautiful postcard of Rio de Janeiro:

Christ the Redeemer on Corcovado mountain. This statue, located 710 meters above the sea level, was inaugurated in 1931 and since then it has been one of the most touristic spots. The walk begins in the Cosme Velho neighborhood where we will take the famous Corcovado Train or Tourist Vans which travel through the Tijuca Forest with wonderful panoramic views of the largest urban forest in the world. A really walk charming where Rio’s urbanism and exuberant nature combine. from the feet del Cristo the visitor will discover the best panoramic views of the city of Rio, including Guanabara Bay, the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema among others and the Rodrigo Lagoon Freitas. This tour begins with a tour of the city center of Rio de Janeiro with emphasis onthe Sambodromo, place where the samba school parades take place during the most famous carnival in the world, the Metropolitan Cathedral in the shape of a pyramid with a diameter internal of 96 meters and a height of 80 meters, and the traditional Cinelandia with the Municipal Theater, the National Library and the Assembly building. After touring the center, the tour continues through the Flamengo neighborhood in the direction of Urca, where the other one is located symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro: Sugar Loaf, which in the Guaraní language means “high, pointed and isolated mountain.” It was at the foot of this hill that the city of Rio de Janeiro It was founded by Estadio de Sá in 1565. The visit to Sugarloaf Mountain is carried out in two stages by a cable car, the famous “bondinho”, suspended by steel cables.
