In the heel capital of the Italian "boot" is an atmosphere of old Italy where charming senioras keep them busy preparing home made pasta and dry it outdoors. Little Italy offers to a curious traveller the best oppotunity to rediscover itself. One of the ideal place is Alberobello, a lovely Italian corner with amazing white coloured and conical roofed huts to keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer. The huts are called trulli in local labguages, they are more than a house, they are traditions and culture of people inhabited this place for centuries.  White is the dominant colour of the day, our second destination is Monopoli with its small and narrow streets as it should be in South Italy to keep shade and fresh air at least on one part of the street.
