  • Day 1 Day 1: Bangkok Pick-Up & Drive To Kanchanaburi Via Samut Songkhram

      Day 1: Bangkok Pick-Up & Drive To Kanchanaburi Via Samut Songkhram

      In the morning, you will be picked up at your own booked hotel in Bangkok. Then a 1-hour private drive will take you to Samut Songkhram. On arrival, you will be escorted to visit Maeklong Railway Market, where the vendors are selling various cheap fruits and fresh vegetables along the railway. But they will pack up their stalls for a while when hearing the warning whistle of the railway station, which means the trains are approaching. This kind of marvelous market scene is only visible here. Then you will go on to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Taking a boat to sail along the river slowly, you will see the life scenes of the residences on the river banks. After the cruise, another 1.5-hour drive will take you to Kanchanaburi. After the check-in at your hotel, you will then proceed to the Art Gallery & War Museum near the Bridge on the River Kwai. After lunch, you will go to the Pak Pkreak Pedestrian Street in the old city of Kanchanaburi. Along the street are the ancient architectures.   • Day 2 Day 2: Tour In Sangkhlaburi

      Day 2: Tour In Sangkhlaburi

      After breakfast, you will first proceed to the War Cemetery and Thai Burma Railway Museum. Next, you will take a train at the River Kwai Bridge Railway Station to experience the Death Railway. The train operating from 10:50 to 11:57 will pass through the viaducts over the river, so you can overlook the picturesque scenery of the valley along the way.ย  After lunch, you will take a 3-hour drive to Sangkhlaburi, a small town in west Kanchanaburi. Here, you will visit the Mon Village, a local market, and Mon Wooden Bridge. With a length of 900 meters (984 yards), it is the longest wooden bridge in Thailand and also the second-longest wooden bridge in the world only after the U Bein Bridge in Myanmar. The perfect combination of the unique wooden bridge and the charming scenery has made tourists indulging in the romantic and simple rural life.       Day 3: Sangkhlaburi Sightseeing & Back To Kanchanaburi

      In the morning, you will get up early to give alms to the monks in Mon Village and then go back to the hotel for breakfast. Then you will visit the most important temple in Sangkhlaburi โ€“ Wat Wang Wiwekaram. The most well-known in this Burmese-style temple is a 59 meters (193.5 feet) high replica of Buddhakhaya dagoba. Later, you will take a boat on Songkaria Lake to the most famous Sunken Temple. This ancient temple used to be the city center, but it submerged later when constructing the dam. In the dry season, it will be above the water surface so that tourists are able to enter for a visit. While in rainy reason, only the upper part and bell tower are above the water, but travelers can see the wonderful underwater scenery of the temple by snorkeling or deep diving. In this experience, you can feel the mysteries of the temple. After lunch, you will return to Kanchanaburi and check into Hin Tok River Camp.
