      Meet our representative on arrival at Bangalore Airport & transfer privately to hotel.


      Ayurveda is an Indian traditional natural healing system to promote positive health, growing body, and for long life.


      Meet your tour director in evening & proceed for dinner at one of the local restaurant in city. Overnight in Bangalore.


  • Day 2 Day 2: Bangalore To Mysore

      Day 2: Bangalore To Mysore

      This morning after breakfast drive to Mysore, one of the most popular yoga destinations in India which is also loved for its temples & stately palaces. Check in at your hotel in Mysore & meet your traditional yoga guru for lesson on ancient yoga practices & meditation class.


      In afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Mysore Palace, one of the finest palaces in India. Also walk through Brindavan Gardens famous for its beauty & soothing breeze followed by cooking demo & dinner with local family in town. Overnight in Mysore.


  • Day 3 Day 3: Mysore

      Day 3: Mysore

      This morning take part in combined yoga session and meditation with spiritual guru at a local ayurvedic ashram. Spend couple of hours learning the traditional yoga practices and enjoy delicious meal prepared by organic vegetable in hygienic kitchen.


      Return to hotel. After freshen up proceed for sightseeing of Keshava Temple in outskirts of Mysore. In the evening take walking tour of Mysore with your guide to explore the famous streets, markets & heritage of city. Overnight in Mysore.


  • Day 4 Day 4: Mysore To Wayanad

      Day 4: Mysore To Wayanad

      Start early morning to Wayanad passing the green hills of Western Ghats. On arrival, check in at your homestay located in tranquil settings of lush green fields which gives a unique authentic Indian rural experience. Enjoy the cup of tea with hosts & explore the property.


      Have traditional South Indian lunch & learn Ayurvedic theory with an expert followed by Ayurvedic session in evening at outdoors & plantation walk.

      In the evening join your hosts for a campfire dinner under the stars. Overnight in Wayanad.

      Today spend your time stretching your body and mind in morning meditation class before breakfast.

      After breakfast, take a dynamic stretching class to warm up your body followed by guided stroll of the property.

      Have lunch & take some rest before Ayurvedic cooking class. Learn the ancient principles of blending spices and know correct combination of vegetable and other ingredients to prepare a perfect ayurvedic meal.

      Enjoy the evening at your ease & stay overnight.

      Today after breakfast take drive to Palakkad en-route visiting the world famous Kottaykkal Arya Vaidya Shala in Malappuram founded in 1902 by an Ayurvedic Doctor P.S. Warrier. It is not only the oldest Ayurvedic institutions but also the centre which has cured many rich and poor, common and famous people from all over world. Experience authentic Ayurvedic massage here, that will benefit you for a long time.

      On arrival in Palakkad, check in at your homestay located on towering hills of Western Ghats offering panoramic views of the valley. Overnight in Palakkad.

      This morning drive to a local ashram to relive your mental stress by Shirodhara massage. Then after visit Silent Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is a 50 million years old hidden diamond of India full of flora and fauna in the abode of Western Ghats. Many have passed since then but none have been able to put the exact words for its beauty which only can be experienced while visiting. Explore the hidden trails with your tour guide & spend the rest of the time at your homestay. Overnight in Palakkad.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Palakkad To Coimbatore

      Drive today to Coimbatore after breakfast. Check in at your pre-booked hotel.

      Embark on a tour Isha Yoga center located at the foothills of Velliangiri Mountains. Explore your inner energy at Dhyanlinga Temple & visit the Worldโ€™s larest bust sculpture, Adiyogi depicting Lord Shiva. As the name suggests Adiyogi, the first yogi and Lord Shiva is originator of yoga. Complete your trip with the blessings of Lord Shiva & drive back to hotel for overnight stay.
