Day 2: Visiting Absheron peninsula, Tour to the Old City

The Baku Ateshgah was a pilgrimage and philosophical centre of Zoroastrians from Northwestern Indian Subcontinent, who were involved in trade with the Caspian area via the famous "Grand Trunk Road". The four holy elements of their belief were: ateshi (fire), badi (air), abi (water), and heki (earth). The temple ceased to be a place of worship after 1883 with the installation of petroleum plants (industry) at Surakhany. The complex was turned into a museum in 1975. The annual number of visitors to the museum is 15,000.

Yanar Dag (Azerbaijani: Yanar Dağ, meaning "burning mountain") is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan (a country which itself is known as "the Land of Fire"). Flames jet into the air 3 metres (9.8 ft) from a thin, porous sandstone layer.

Sometimes called the Old Town or the Inner City, Icheri Sheher is a unique historical ensemble right in the center of Baku, at the heart of the city. Ancient Baku was founded where Icheri Sheher is today, which used to be right on the shores of the Caspian Sea. The buildings are built out of limestone, cut locally and polished to a smooth surface, so most of the buildings share the same colors, and the roads are narrow and winding, making Icheri Sheher feel a bit like a maze. Icheri Sheher is the oldest inhabited part of Baku. It was declared a historical and cultural reserve in 1977, and was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2000. Three
sides are surrounded by a thick fortress wall, with one side open to the Caspian Sea.

Day 3: Tour to Qobustan, Architectural Tour of Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center

Stop At: Qobustan, Qobustan, Daghlig Shirvan Region
Gobustan State Reserve located west of the settlement of Gobustan, about 40 miles southwest of the centre of Baku was established in 1966 when the region was declared as a national historical landmark of Azerbaijan in an attempt to preserve the ancient carvings, mud volcanoes and gas-stones in the region. Gobustan State Reserve is very rich in archaeological monuments, the reserve has more than 6,000 rock carvings, which depict primitive people, animals, battle-pieces, ritual dances, bullfights, boats with armed oarsmen, warriors with lances in their hands, camel caravans, pictures of sun and stars, on the average dating back to 5,000-20,000 years.
Gobustan State Historical and Cultural Reserve acquired national status in 2006. As a part of the 31st Session of the UNESCO World Legacy Committee held in Christchurch, New Zealand on June 23 - July 2, 2007 included within the World Social Legacy List.

The signature building of Baku, Azerbaijan, the Heydar Aliyev Center was designed to be a fluid form that springs naturally from the landscape. The smooth facade connects the museum, auditorium, multi-purpose hall and all entrances into a single surface that extends into the interior of the building as well. It was named the Design of the Year by London's Design Museum. Many critics consider it to be Hadid's crowning achievement and the full realization of her signature swooping style.

Day 4: Leave for Boulevard and Shopping Centers, Little Venice

Stop At: Baku Boulevard, Neftchilar avenue, Baku Azerbaijan
Baku has amazing shopping malls that will make every journey even more entertaining. Moreover, shopping malls are the place for not only shops, but also provide myriad of restaurants and many other entertaining facilities. The most popular shopping malls in Baku are Park Bulvar, 28 Mall, Ganjlik Mall, Metropark Shopping Mall and Port Baku Mall.

Boat trip in Venice: "Little Venice" in Baku Boulevard is a small town built in 1960. It was expanded up to 10.000 sq.m. now. Boats are provided for 4 people: one is designed for guide and the rest - for passengers.
