The price of the trip includes a sightseeing tour program in each country with local, highly-trained, English-speaking guides.

Meals

Price of the tour includes: 10 breakfasts at hotels; 2 lunches, including one lunch with a Georgian family; 4 dinners, including 2 dinners with folk show and 1 dinner with a Georgian family; 2 wine tastings: Khareba (GE), Tsinandali (GE).

Others

The following extras are included in the price of the tour: Entrance tickets to all sights as per itinerary; Azerbaijan e-visa; Bottled drinking water.

Transport

The price of the tour includes all transfers (1-2 pax by sedan, 3-4 pax by Mercedes Vito or similar, 5-9 pax by Mercedes Sprinter passenger van, 10-16 pax by 30-seat bus). Airport transfers are included as well.

Accommodation is based on double/twin room sharing in 4* hotels, breakfasts included: Baku - 3 nights - Park Inn, Shah Palace or Holiday Inn Sheki - 1 night - Marxal or Sheki Palace Kakheti - 2 nights - Akhasheni Wine Resort or Schuchmann Wines Chateau Hotel Tbilisi - 3 nights - River Side or New Tiflis Gudauri - 1 night -Marco Polo

International flight tickets before and after the tour are excluded from the price of the tour.

Insurance

We require tour participants to have a travel insurance with protection for the full duration of the tour, to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of luggage, and the expenses associated with cancellation or curtailment of a tour. Travel insurance is not included in the price of the tour. Participants need to be in good health, be able to walk for 4-6 hours every day at moderate speed, climb stairs and hills, and be able to carry their own luggage for up to 1 km across borders.

      Arrive in Baku and transfer to your hotel for check-in (from 14:00). Overnight at the hotel. Driving distance: 30 km

      Breakfast. At 09:00, start a guided sightseeing tour of Baku. Walk along Martyrsโ€™ Lane, known as โ€˜Shehidler Khiyabanyโ€™ among locals, and find a beautiful view overlooking Bakuโ€™s coastline. Move to Icheri Sheher, the old part of the city. Visit the Shirvanshah's Palace, Caravanserai, Maiden Tower, and main market square, which has numerous art studios and souvenir stalls. Finish the sightseeing tour by exploring Nizami Street and Fountain Square. After lunch, drive to Gobustan to visit the Petroglyphs Museum and explore petroglyphs dating back to 10,000 BC. The Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Weather permitting, switch to a 4x4 vehicle and continue to the mud volcanoes (Gobustan is home to almost half of the worldโ€™s mud volcanoes). Return to Baku. Have a welcome dinner at a traditional Azerbaijani restaurant.  Duration of sightseeing tour: 10-11 hours Driving distance: 150 km

      Day 3: Baku โ€“ Ateshgah โ€“ Baku

      After breakfast, drive to the Absheron Peninsula to visit Ateshgah, located in the village of Surakhany. Zoroastrians from India used to travel thousands of kilometres to Ateshgah to worship the fire coming out of the earth. Return to Baku to visit the iconic Heydar Alyev Cultural Centre, which is located in a quirky building designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. Free time in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel. Duration of sightseeing tour: 4-5 hours Driving distance: 50 km
