      Early in the morning, our team will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the foothills of Ghandruk. From here, walk for about an hour towards Ghandruk. Ghandruk village is a typical Gurung village, with its unique culture still intact. From here, walk up through the dense rhododendron forest to reach Bhaise Kharka. Continuing our trail, we arrive at Tadapani.

  • Day 2 Tadapani To Bayeli Kharka (3460 M), (6-7 Hours)

      Enjoy the breathtaking view of Fishtail Mountain and the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Then, begin your trek towards Bayeli Kharka. Initially, you will descend through the dense rhododendron forest before gradually ascending to Bayeli Kharka. As you approach your destination, you can see your surroundings and realize youโ€™re above the tree line. From here, youโ€™ll begin to walk through thin air. After arriving in Bayeli Kharka, check into the Tea House Hotel.

      Today, you will be walking through the remote areas of the Annapurna region. The trail will take you down to lower Chistbung first, and from there, you will gradually walk up along with the wind breeze passing through you, and the view of Annapurna South and the Dhaulagiri Mountains will keep you delighting all the way. After some walking, you will reach Chistbung.

      Though todayโ€™s hike is short, itโ€™s a steady climb up the meadow and pasture trail to Khopra Ridge. If youโ€™re lucky, you might see the pheasant, Nepalโ€™s national bird, and catch a glimpse of the snow leopard. After arriving in Khopra, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South Peak. Check into the lodge and explore the surrounding area of Khopra, where you can see the Kali Gandaki River flowing down the George from the Khopra Ridge viewpoint.

      Wake up early, at 6 a.m., and head to Khayer Lake. It is the longest hike of the whole trek, as the trail leads you through the rocky path and up to the lake. Khayer Lake is regarded as a holy and sacred lake in this region by native Hindus, and bathing in the lake is thought to bring peace. The Hindu Temple, followed by the Buddhist Temple, stands in front of the massive Annapurna South. Explore the surroundings and return to Khopra.

      We descend the hillside via the steep trail to Swanta Village. As you walk along the trail, the landscape changes, surrounding you with lush greenery and towering trees. Finally, the path will lead you into a breathtaking rhododendron forest overflowing with diverse flora and fauna. Along the way, youโ€™ll catch glimpses of the majestic Mount Dhaulagiri, adding to the incredible journey through natureโ€™s wonders. Swanta Village approaches, and you can see the terrace field and colorful houses nearby. You can spend the remainder of the day relaxing or exploring the village.

      Todayโ€™s trail will take you through flat land, followed by a terrace field where you can see the water mill and cross the river via the suspension bridge. You will now walk steadily through the dense rhododendron forest until you reach Ghorepani.

  • Day 8 Ghorepani To Pokhara Via Poon Hill

      Ghorepani To Pokhara Via Poon Hill

      Wake up early and hike all the way up Poon Hill via the stone staircase. From here, take in the breathtaking sunrise and panoramic views of Fishtail Mountain, Annapurna Mountain, and the ranges, with Nilgiri Mountain to the north and Mount Dhaulagiri to the west.


      Afterward, return to the lodge and eat breakfast. Then you will descend all the way to Tikhedhunga. The trails lead you through the rhododendron forest and down steep steps to Tikhedhunga. In Tikhedhunga, our jeep will be waiting to take you to Pokhara. Our team will drop you off at your hotel, marking the end of the program.
