Guide

Experienced English speaking trekking guide during the trek including his transportation, food, accommodation, salary, equipment and insurance.

Others

Annapurna Conservation area entrance Permit and fees. Trekkerโ€™s Information Management System (TIMS) card fees. (Please bring 2 passport size photos for TIMS & Permit) First Aid medical kit. Sleeping bags, Down Jacket, duffel bag, and Walking Poles (if you donโ€™t have your own, to be return after trip completed). All government taxes, VAT, and office service charge. Oximeter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) Which will ensure you trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker.

Meals

3 Meal a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner main corse) durin the trek.

Accommodation

One night hotel in Kathmandu and a one-night hotel in Pokhara with breakfast. Tea house(Trekking Lodge) accommodations during the trek.

Transport

Kathmadu to beshisahar transportation by Bus. Nayapul to Pokhara transportation by private car. Pokhara to Kathmandu transportation by Tourist Bus.

Meals whilst you are in Kathmandu & Pokhara Lunch and Dinner. Nepal entry visa fee. Your Travel and medical rescue insurance(recommended).   • Day 1 Day 1: Drive From Kathmandu To Beshisahar (8,23M) Duration 6-7 Hours.

      Today we head by bus from Kathmandu to Besisahar. After reaching Besisahar you will have time to explore this beautiful hill-side town for the remainder of the day.

      Today we head downhill through a sub-tropical forest until we reach Khudi Village. This scenic trail offers views of Hiunchuli, Manaslu and Peak 29 (Ngadi Chuli).

      This morning we head out on a trail that descends steeply and arrives at Syange Village. From here we cross several suspension bridges until we come to Jagat and then Chamje.

      The trek to Bagarchhap means crossing the Marsyangdi River and walking through bamboo and rhododendron forests. Shortly after, we come to Tal (1675m) with its large waterfall. We then continue on to the Tibetan village of Bagarchhap with its typical Tibetan style of architecture.

      We start today with a steep ascent to Danaque from where you will have some amazing panoramic views of Lamjung, Annapurna II, and Annapurna IV.  We then follow the Marsyangdi River upstream until we arrive at Chame.

      Leaving Chame we pass through the village of Telekhu and along the trail have some breathtaking views of Annapurna and Pisang (6091m) until we re-cross on a suspension bridge to the south bank of the Marsyangdi River. We follow the trail heading higher and pass a pine forest as we trek through the upper reaches of the Manang valley to Pisang.

      Pisang is where we begin our trek in the upper Manang area. Today we head to Braga; a Tibetan village with its distinct architecture and houses constructed one upon the other. Its main attraction is its Gompa, the largest in the Manang region. Manang is very popular with trekkers and is also a good place to acclimatize before heading to higher altitudes.

      Medical professionals strongly recommend that before heading to higher elevations that trekkers spend time acclimatizing, and also suggest you stay active during the day. Today we ascend to Khangsar (3756m) as a way to further help us acclimatize.

      After leaving the lovely village of Manang we climb towards the Marsyangdi Valley. After a arduous ascent we come to Gunsang, Yak-Kharka and finally Ledar Village.

      This morning we follow the Jarsang Khola (river) and head on to Thorong Phedi. The trials are quite challenging as it is narrow and the hillside is often unstable. We eventually arrive at Thorong Phedi.

      Today is a physically challenging day as we trek for around 7 to 8 hours. The higher altitude and strong winds in these higher regions make it worse. Along the trail, we may pass sheep, yaks, and merchants transporting their goods from Tibet. After reaching Thorong La Pass we will have some fantastic views of Annapurna, Gangapurna, and the stunning peak of Khatungkang (6484m). We then descend around 1600 meters until we arrive at Muktinath where we stay the night.

      From Muktinath, we descend around 1200 meters to the Kali Gandaki River valley with a brief stop at Ekle Bhatti (meaning one inn), a small village with 3 to 4 teahouses. We then follow a winding trail for another 2 hours until we reach Jomson, the headquarters of the Mustang region near the Kali Gandaki River. An easy 2-hour trek from Jomson leads to Marpha where we stay overnight.

      The trail today offers some fabulous views of Tukuche Peak, Dhaulagiri, and Mt. Nilgiri. After walking for a few more hours we come to Tukuche Village situated just above a gorgeous pine forest.

      Today we head to Tatopani and its thermal hot springs. First, we cross the Kaligandaki River on a suspension bridge then descend past Thapla, Kopchepani, Rupse, and Chhahara until coming to Tatopani where you can take a dip in the hot springs and relax those tired muscles.

      This morning we head to Ghorepani after first crossing the Kaligandaki River until we come to Beni and finally pass through the fragrant rhododendron and magnolia forests and then arrive at Ghorepani.

  • Day 16 Day 16: Hike Up To Poon Hill (3210M) & Trek To Tadapani (2710M) Duration 6-7 Hours.

      In order to catch the sun rising over the mountains, we get up early and make our way up to Poon Hill. From Poon Hill, in the rapidly changing light, we can see Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Himchuli, and Machapuchare mountains from this perfect viewpoint. You will see why Poon Hill is renowned for offering some of the finest mountain views in the Himalayan Mountains. We will then head back to Ghorepani for breakfast and then continue on the trail to Tadapani.

      This is the final day of our trek as we follow the trail heading downhill to Ghandruk. We first come to Birethanti where the Modi and Bhurungdi rivers converge. We continue on until we come to Nayapul from where we will drive to Pokhara. At Pokhara will have time to wander along the lakeside and maybe relax in one of the many cafes while watching the sunset over the mountains and over the lake.

      This morning we head back to Kathmandu on a 6 to 7 hour road trip. On arrival at Kathmandu you will be taken to your hotel in Thamel where you can do some last minute shopping before your departure from Nepal.
