      Arrival at the airport in Amman. You will be greeted by our representative who will help you through formalities and transferred to your hotel in Amman. Dinner and overnight in Amman. (Dinner)  

  • Day 2 Amman - Madaba - Mt. Nebo - Shoubak Castle - Petra

      Breakfast at the hotel. Departure toward Madaba, a city famous for its mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land from the 6th century and for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics. Continuation to Mt. Nebo, a 810 metres (2,651 ft) high mountain mentioned in the Bible as the place where Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land that he would never enter.

           

      You will then drive to Shoubak, where an impressive castle stands as a lonely reminder of former Crusader glory. Known to the crusaders as Montreal Castle, it was built in 1115 by King Baldwin I of Jerusalem and owned by the royal family for less than a century before falling to foreign invaders. Arrival in Petra in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in Petra. (Breakfast-Dinner)

  • Day 3 Petra

      After breakfast at the hotel, you will start your full-day tour of the legendary Nabatean city of Petra. Considered as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Petra has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985. You will enter the city through a 1-km long narrow gorge which is flanked on both sides by 80 metres (262 ft) high cliffs with dazzling colors and amazing rock formations. The site is massive and contains hundreds of elaborate rock-cut tombs, roman-style theatres, temples dedicated to gods and kings, sacrificial altars, colonnaded streets and of course the Al Khazneh or "The Treasury of Petra". In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Petra on your own. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Petra. (Breakfast-Dinner)

  • Day 4 Petra - Little Petra - Wadi Rum - Amman

      Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning you will visit Little Petra, an archeological site included in Petraโ€™s inscription as a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its ancient buildings sculpted out of solid red sandstone. A suburb of the city of Petra, Little Petra was the place where Nabateans used to entertain their guests. It was one of the main commercial areas of Petra, the entry and exit point for the trade routes to the north and north-west.


      Later you will explore Wadi Rum on a 2-hour jeep ride into the Jordanian desert! Wadi Rum was described by T.E. Lawrence, aka Lawrence of Arabia, as "vast, echoing and god-like", and is dubbed by the locals "valley of the Moon". You will then be transferred from Petra to your hotel in Amman.   • Day 5 Amman - Jerash โ€“ Dead Sea - Amman

      Amman - Jerash โ€“ Dead Sea - Amman

      Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a panoramic city tour of Amman to see the old and new parts of this beautiful city. You will then head northward to Jerash to explore this roman city with a local English-speaking guide. This 2-hour tour will take you back to the ancient time thanks to well-preserved paved and colonnaded streets, soaring hilltop temples, theatres, spacious public squares, plazas, baths, fountains from the 1st century A.D.


      Transfer to the Dead Sea area, one of the saltiest lake in the world, in a beautiful 5* resort to relax and take a swim in the Dead Sea. This is a great opportunity to bath and float, into this unique water. At the end of the afternoon you will be transferred to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Amman. (Breakfast-Dinner)

      Arrival at the airport in Cairo, a bustling metropolis that seamlessly blends ancient history with modern life. You will be greeted by our local representatives after exiting the customs and transferred to your hotel in Cairo. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy the facilities of your hotel.   • Day 7 Cairo

      After breakfast at the hotel, you will discover the world-famous pyramids of Giza. On the Giza Plateau just outside of Cairo, you will be impressed by the Pyramid of Cheops, the largest of the three pyramids, the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain largely intact. Enjoy some free time to wander around this amazing site, take pictures, and visit the interior chambers ($) of the Great Pyramid of Giza. You will then discover the Sphinx of Giza, with the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, who is watching over the pyramids. 


      You will have a brief stop to discover how the papyrus is made before heading for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the Egyptian Museum of Cairo, home to the worldโ€™s largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts. Return at the end at the end of the day. Dinner and overnight in Cairo. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

  • Day 8 Cairo - Aswan (Beginning Of The Nile Cruise)

      Early transfer to the airport in Cairo for your flight to Aswan (Breakfast box offered by the hotel).

      Arrival in Aswan and transfer to the port to embark on your Nile cruise. Following lunch on board, you will visit the Aswan High Dam which is providing electricity to the whole country. Your visit continues with a small boat ride to reach the beautiful Philae Temple, located on a small island, and dedicated to the goddess Isis. You will then take the road to see the unfinished Obelisk, the largest known ancient obelisk. You will return to the ship and relax on the ship โ€˜sundeck. Dinner and overnight on board. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)



  • Day 9 Aswan - Kom Ombo - Edfu

      Aswan - Kom Ombo - Edfu

      Breakfast on board. This morning, you have the opportunity to discover the most impressive temple of Egypt: Abu Simbel ($) or simply relax on the ship. Lunch on board while the ship is sailing toward Kom Ombo, where you will visit a temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Horus. You will discover a Nilometer on site and a small museum displaying mummified crocodiles.

      Return to the ship and navigation to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

      Optional excursion ($) to Abu Simbel ($):

      Around 3:30 AM, you will be transferred by bus to Abu Simbel, located 280 km away (Breakfast bags given). Upon arrival, you will visit two magnificent temples, surrounded by a lake, built by the pharaoh Ramses II. The 100-foot- high Great Temple is one of the most breathtaking temples of Egypt with the 4 statues of Ramses II. You will have approx. two hours to wander these historic and sacred sites before making your way back to the ship for lunch.

  • Day 10 Edfu - Esna - Luxor

      After breakfast on board, you will visit the temple dedicated to Horus, in Edfu, which is one of the best-preserved ancient temples in Egypt. It was built between 237 and 57 BC. You will go back to the ship to have lunch on board. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Nile while you are cruising toward Esna and Luxor. Around 5PM, you will reach the Unesco World Heritage Site of Luxor to watch the sunset on this stunning ancient temple dedicated to the god Amun. Return to the ship for dinner and overnight on board.   • Day 11 Luxor

      Breakfast on board. In the early morning, you can get the chance to fly on a hot air balloon ($) before heading to the famous Valley of the Kings with the group. Located on the west bank of the Nile, the Valley of the Kings is a burial ground that houses the tombs of many pharaohs. You will visit 3 beautiful tombs with your guide and have the opportunity to visit the famous tomb of Tutankhamun ($). You will also stop at the Colossi of Memnon which are two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep. 


      You will then take the direction of the stunning Temple of Hatshepsut, dubbed the โ€œSublime of the Sublimesโ€ where you will learn about one of the only Queen who reigned in Egypt. Return to the ship where you will enjoy a lunch. End of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight on board. (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

  • Day 12 Luxor (End Of The Nile Cruise)

      Luxor, located along the banks of the Nile River, is often referred to as the โ€œworldโ€™s greatest open-air museum,โ€ and is renowned for its rich history and pharaonic heritage. After breakfast on board, you will disembark from the ship and will visit the famous temple of Karnak, one of the largest and most impressive temple complexes in the world. It is renowned for its grandiose columns, massive pylons, and intricate hieroglyphics, providing a glimpse into the religious and architectural achievements of ancient Egypt. Your visit continues to the Unesco World Heritage Site of Luxor, a stunning ancient temple dedicated to the god Amun. After the visits, you will be transferred to your hotel in Luxor. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Luxor. (Breakfast-Dinner)
