      Begin your first day in Kyoto with a visit to Kinkaku-ji, commonly known as the Golden Pavilion. This revered site exudes beauty with its shimmering gold exterior that mirrors perfectly on the nearby pond while lush greenery frames it. Steeped in history dating back to the 14th century, Kinkaku-ji holds a special place amongst Kyotoโ€™s must-see destinations due to its intricate design and tranquil environment. Come witness the splendor of this UNESCO World Heritage Site firsthand!


      Youโ€™ll then visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Founded in 778, it is one of Kyotoโ€™s oldest monasteries and was added to the World Heritage List in 1994. The Shimizu stage hanging in front of this hall is a precious cultural relic of Japan, surrounded by green trees. In spring, cherry blossoms are in full bloom, which is one of the famous places for appreciating cherry blossoms in Kyoto. In autumn, it becomes a holy place for appreciating maple trees.


      Finally, youโ€™ll relax and unwind at with a Kimono and Tea Ceremony. Don traditional kimonos during this memorable tea ceremony guided by an expert tea master.       Today youโ€™ll visit Kuromon Ichiba Fish Market, a vibrant and bustling marketplace located in the Minami area, the southern part of Osaka, Japan. Known for its lively atmosphere and a wide variety of culinary delights, the market is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. Here, you can have a taste of not only seafood, but all kinds of Japanese delicacies, including sweets and cakes.


      Next, youโ€™ll visit the historic Osaka Castle Park, behold the castle itself in all its splendor, and get a glimpse into what life was life as a member of the shogunate.


      Youโ€™ll then visit the Osaka Museum of History, where guests can view and engage in a variety of activities that educate on the historic and cultural heritage of Osaka, from ancient times as Japanโ€™s first capital to its contemporary era.

      Seoul Highlights Tour

      Today youโ€™ll visit Cheong Wa Dae, also known as the Blue House, which stands as the magnificent former official residence of the President of the Republic of Korea. Constructed with traditional Korean architectural styles, it has now been transformed into a public park.


      Then, youโ€™ll pay a visit to the magnificent Gyeongbokgung Palace, the first and largest of the royal palaces built in the newly appointed capital of Seoul (then known as Hanyang), which represented the sovereignty of the Joseon Dynasty.


      Finally, youโ€™ll visit Bukchon Hanok Village. Dating back almost 600 years to the Joseon Dynasty, it is a historic enclave featuring traditional Korean houses known as hanok. These traditional wooden hanok houses were once widespread in Korea but have given way to newer concrete structures. Bukchon Hanok Village stands as a unique preservation of Koreaโ€™s traditional history, offering a glimpse into the living spaces of royal families, aristocrats, and officials from the Joseon Dynasty.

  • Day 7 Paju Essential Tour

      Paju Essential Tour

      At the Demilitarized Zone, youโ€™ll get to explore some of the 150-mile-long strip of land spanning across Korea known as the DMZ (demilitarized zone) which separates South Korea from the North. 


      Youโ€™ll then pay a visit to the Imjingak Park, which hosts weekend cultural arts programs and features captivating sculptures. Take a ride aboard the Paju DMZ Gondola, which offers convenient access from Imjingak to the Imjingang River


      Youโ€™ll then check out the Third Tunnel of Aggression, which was secretly built by North Korea and discovered in 1978 by the South. Now a heavily guarded tourist attraction, it was the third of four discovered. Visitors can either descend down a long, steep incline from a lobby with a gift shop or a rubber-tired train with padded seats for up to three passengers. Tourists are allowed to walk up to the third concrete barricade of the four blocking the Military Demarcation Line, where they can get a glimpse of the second barricade through a tiny window.

      Today youโ€™ll check out the must-visit Chinatown in Incheon. It features charming traditional Chinese gateways like the gold and red Paifang gates: Junghwamun, Seolinmun, Inhwamun, and Hanjungmun. You can visit all four Paifangs as you stroll through its vendor and store filled streets.


      For a picturesque and tranquil island retreat in Korea, youโ€™ll look no further than Wolmido Islan. Derived from its crescent moon-like shape in Korean, this hidden gem in Incheon boasts breathtaking scenery. Whether youโ€™re into hiking, swimming, or just unwinding on the beach, Wolmido Island has something to offer for everyone.


      At the Jjajangmyeon Museum, youโ€™ll learn about the history of the famous Chinese-style Korean noodle dish, including its history of how Chinese Immigrants brought it to the country and how it became such a beloved staple of Korean cuisine.


      Located in Sinpo-dong is the Sinpo International Market, which youโ€™ll conclude your day at. Boasting over 140 stores, an increasing number of tourists and international merchants have turned the local market into a bustling international shopping area. Here, you can try out its most famous delicacy: Dakgangjeong, a Korean dish of crispy fried chicken coated in a sweet and spicy sauce.
