Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Sarajevo

Pass By: Sarajevo, Sarajevo, Sarajevo Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Welcome to the capital of Bosnia and Hercegovina, Sarajevo. Your driver will wait for you at the airport. Take some time to rest from the flight and make yourself comfortable at your hotel.

Day 2: Sarajevo tour

Stop At: Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in your hotel before heading out into the Old Town with your guide.
Visit all the most prominent sights in Sarajevo and hear the stories behind them from your local guide. Learn the history of the Eternal Fire, tour Sarajevo's most famous street, Baščaršija, and take a cable car ride above the city.

After your 3 hour tour take the time to taste a delicious lunch made from local specialties at one of Sarajevo's most popular restaurants. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing or exploring the city on your own. Overnight in Sarajevo.

Day 3: Jablanica Lake Ride

Stop At: Ostrozac, Ostrozac, Una-Sana Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
After breakfast in your hotel board your minivan and head for Ostrozac.

Settle in your lakeside hotel, consisting of cozy bungalows. Later, enjoy lunch in a local restaurant before heading to the museum „Muzeja Bitka za ranjenike na Neretvi“. There, learn all about the famous battle that took place nearby which laid the foundations for Tito's rise to power.

After the museum tour, take a peaceful boat ride on the Jablanica lake before dinner.

Day 4: Offroad tour

Stop At: Blidinje Nature Park, Blidinje Nature Park, West Herzegovina Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
After breakfast in your hotel head for an offroad tour of some of the countries most famous Lakes.

Board a Jeep and tour the Jablanica, Blidinje, Čvrsnica and Ram Lake before settling down for lunch in a local restaurant in the mountains. After lunch head for Šćit and make yourself comfortable at a lake-side hotel before touring the National monument, monastery and the Ethnographic museum.

In the evening, have lunch at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel.

Day 5: Rama Lake

Stop At: Rama Lake, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Eat your fill at breakfast and leave early for a boat ride on the nearby picturesque Ram lake.

After the boat ride take some time for lunch in a local restaurant before heading to the house of Dive Grabovčeva and learn the story of her heroic resistance to a local Turkish ruler. Also, visit the Zahum viewpoint for the best view of the beautiful region.

Later, head for Blidinje and enjoy lunch at a famous local restaurant and settle down in your hotel.

Day 6: Stecći and hiking tour

After breakfast at your hotel visit the „Stećci“ in Ričina.

A stećak is a monument for medieval tombstones originating from the 12th-16th century. Many sites are scattered throughout Hercegovina, some of which are even under UNESCO protection.

Enjoy an early lunch in Raktino before heading for a hiking and biking tour in Pločno.

Day 7: Tribistovo lake

Stop At: Tribistovo Lake, Bosnia and Herzegovina
After an early breakfast, head for the Tribistovo Lake for a short tour and even take a dip if the weather allows it.

Later, learn all about making medicinal herbs, perfume and similar products from a local expert in Rakitno. In the afternoon, enjoy a short drive to Mostar where you will have dinner at your hotel.

After, head to Blagaj for a tour of the Derviš house and lunch with local specialties. In the afternoon, return to Mostar for dinner in the Old Town and free time.
