Day 1: WELCOME TO ROME

Meet your guide at 3 PM in the main lobby to start your tour of the best squares in Rome. Stroll through the small streets of the city center and enjoy the beauties of the eternal city. Stop at one of the best gelaterias in Rome for a gelato break. Dinner at leisure at one of the restaurants recommended by WINKITALY

Day 2: THE ANCIENT ROME TOUR, TRASTEVERE & THE GHETTO

Stop At: Colosseum, Piazza del Colosseo, 00184 Rome Italy
Meet your guide in the hotel lobby and start your tour of Ancient Rome. Today you will learn more about the Roman Empire, the Colosseum, and Imperial Forum. Included in the tour are the San Clemente Undergrounds to learn more about the life of Christians during the first centuries of Christianity. Enjoy your lunch at leisure.

Meet your guide at 2 PM to continue the exploration of Rome. Discover the city through the old district of Trastevere, Campo Dei Fiori, and the Ghetto.

Day 3: NAPLES ON THE WAY TO THE AMALFI COAST

Stop At: Naples, Naples, Province of Naples, Campania
Meet your driver and depart from Rome to reach the small village of Vietri Sul Mare in the Amalfi Coast, where you will spend the next 5 days. On the way to the Amalfi Coast, you will stop in Naples for a short guided tour of this unique city rich in history, tradition, art, and good food! Be sure to try the original Pizza which is included on your tour! Depart from Naples and head to the Amalfi Coast. Check in to Palazzo Suriano Boutique Hotel and enjoy this charming hotel exclusively. Welcome, drink & dinner at Palazzo Suriano with a private chef and the owners!

Day 4: FULL DAY CAPRI BOAT TOUR

Stop At: Island of Capri, Island of Capri, Province of Naples, Campania
At 9:30 AM meet with your captain, jump on board of a modern "Sorrentino Gozzo" and head to Capri for a full-day private boat tour, circumnavigating the island to visit the Blue Grotto and Capri’s iconic stacks jutting out from under the sea. On the way to Capri, you will stop at Li Galli Island, a small island in front of Amalfi Coast, to enjoy swimming in the Mediterranean crystal clear water. Enjoy your full day in Capri with light lunch included. Dinner at “Il Principe e la Civetta” restaurant.

Day 5: POSITANO, AMALFI & RAVELLO - MOZZARELLA MAKING

Meet your guide and start your journey into the heart of the Amalfi Coast. Today you will visit 3 of the most famous and beautiful villages in the area: Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. The first stop will be Positano. Lunch in Amalfi before reaching Ravello, the small village on top of the Amalfi Coast, from where you will enjoy a breathtaking view. You will stop at Villa Rufolo. In Ravello, you will visit a Mozzarella Factory where the owner will teach you how to make mozzarella cheese. Enjoy! Dinner at leisure.

Day 6: CERAMIC EXPERIENCE & COOK AT THE WINERY

Stop At: Amalfi Coast, Amalfi Coast, Province of Salerno, Campania
Meet your guide in the hotel lobby to start a journey through the colors of the Amalfi Coast. Today you will visit an authentic ceramic factory in Vietri where you will paint your own plate. Enjoy the ceramic experience before reaching one of the most beautiful wineries in the Campania region. Here you will taste the best organic wines of the Amalfi Coast and you will meet with Patrizia, the owner, who will assist you during an amazing cooking class at the winery. Enjoy the lunch and the great view. Return at Palazzo Suriano and enjoy your afternoon at leisure. Aperitivo in the early evening before starting your Pizza Class. Enjoy your delicious pizza accompanied by the sound of guitar and mandolin.

Day 7: FROM VIETRI to ROME – POMPEII

Stop At: Pompeii Archaeological Park, Porta Marina (via Villa dei Misteri), 80045 Pompeii Italy
Check out of Palazzo Suriano Hotel and start your transfer to Rome. On the way to Rome, you will stop at Pompeii, one of the most important archaeological sites in Europe. Discover how the old Pompeii’s civilization used to live. Enjoy your lunch in Pompeii and say goodbye to the Campania region. After lunch continues your transfer to reach Rome and check in to your hotel, Grand Hotel Plaza. Dinner at leisure at one of the restaurants recommended by WINKITALY.

Day 8: VATICAN MUSEUMS & CARBONARA PASTA COOKING CLASS

Meet your guide in the Hotel Lobby to visit one of the most beautiful museums: The Vatican Museum. Today you will see the masterpiece of Michelangelo: the Sistine Chapel. Enjoy the visit to the museum and the visit to St Peter's Cathedral. Lunch at leisure. Meet your guide in the early evening and reach one of the most beautiful cooking schools in Rome.
