visit the world famous High Dam, An engineering miracle was constructed between 1960 and 1970. It aimed to increase economic production by further regulating the annual river flooding and providing storage of water for agriculture, and later, to generate hydroelectricity. The dam has had a significant impact on the economy and culture of Egypt, and then move to the Unfinished Obelisk, This obelisk is believed to belong to Queen Hatshepsut, one of the rulers of the 18th dynasty and the royal wife of king Tuthmosis II. The unfinished obelisk is the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt in Aswan, Egypt. It is unknown which pharaoh created this structure. It is nearly one third larger than any ancient Egyptian obelisk ever erected. If finished it would have measured around 42 m and would have weighed nearly 1,200 tons. Then move to the beautiful located Temple of Philae on Isis Island and the Granite Quarries, which is dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor. Dinner on board

On the return journey stop at the Colossi of Memnon which are two gigantic sitting statues representing Amenophis III facing the Nile. Then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Medinet Habu is the Arabic name for the Mortuary Temple of Ramses III, a huge complex second only to Karnak in size and better preserved. Medinet Habu is among the least visited of the major sights at Luxor, but it deserves more attention than it gets. The Mortuary Temple of Ramses III itself is made of sandstone and provides a good idea of what the Ramesseum, its model, looked like before it collapsed. The First Pylon is about the same size as that of Luxor Temple, but has lost its cornice and one corner. And then Move to visit Ramesseum Temple The ancient Egyptians called the temple the “million year’s temple” due to its huge surface area, an incredible fifty thousand meters, and perhaps due to the gigantic size of the statues of Ramses II that were built there. The huge complex, dedicated to the god Amun, took 20 years and tens of thousands of workers to build. This temple was constructed to serve two purposes. The temple was publicly constructed to enable the ancient Egyptians to practice their religious rituals, including prayer and ritual offerings to the gods. It was also, and perhaps more so, built to demonstrate the greatness of the Pharaoh, and his political and military achievements. The Ramesseum Temple was made up by two huge walls. A huge inner wall surrounded the temple itself while an outer wall surrounded the storage rooms and smaller buildings of the temple. A corridor connected these two walls, decorated with of sphinxes, Back to air port or train station or hotel.

Pick-up and transfer to visit Esna Temple. he Temple of Khnum is situated about 200m from the boat landing, at the end of the tourist souq. Buy tickets at the Temple Ticket Office. The Temple of Khnum today sits in a 9m-deep pit, which represents 15 centuries of desert sand and debris, accumulated since it was abandoned during the Roman period. Most of the temple, similar in size to the temples of Edfu and Dendara, is still covered by the old town of Esna. A quay connecting the temple to the Nile was built by Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius (AD 161–180).

Enjoy your Abu Simbel Day Trip from Aswan. Our Ancient Egypt Tours Representative will pick you up from your Nile Cruise in Aswan. It is about 03 hours and half, one way driving from Aswan to Abu Simbel. You will enjoy Abu Simbel area with its main attraction "the great sun temple of Ramses II" and the temple of queen Nefertari. Both temples were discovered in 1813 it was almost completely covered with sand. Then both temples were moved in 1960 by the help of Egyptian government and UNESCO to avoid the rising water of the Nile. Ramses II built the temple mostly to honour himself as inside there is a mural depicting his famous victory at Kadesh battle where his army defeated his enemies. On the north of Ramses temple, the Nefertari Temple which was built by Ramses II to his favourite wife Queen Nefertari among other 200 wives and concubines. After finishing the visit you will be escorted back to your hotel in Aswan by your private air-conditioned vehicle.
