Day 3: GENEVA - ZURICH.Transfer to Zurich by car or minivan with a 2 hour stop in LAUSANNE.

Take a walk along Lausanne's charming promenade, then head up to the historic part of the city. On Ripon square, you will be greeted by a luxurious Palace called the "Ryumin Palace". A little higher and you are at the walls of one of the most significant medieval attractions in Switzerland: the early Gothic Cathedral of Notre Dame de Lausanne. The tour ends with a walk through the streets of the old city โ€” the Bishop's castle, the fountain of justice, the town hall and other attractions. You can book a tour guide (for an additional fee) or explore the city yourself.

The Water Church is another church with a long history in the city. The first mention of the church goes back to 1250. It was constructed on a small island in the Limmat River. The first church on the site was built in the 1100s and was reconstructed at various times. During the Reformation, the church was seen as a place of idolatry. The Reformation leader turned it into a secular use, specifically a library. In 1634 the church became the first public library in Zurich. After the 1940s renovations were complete, the church building went back into religious use.

The world-renowned shopping boulevard was created after construction of Zurichโ€™s Main Railway Station. Today it connects Lake Zurich with the Main Railway Station on a length of 1.4 kilometers (0.87 miles). You find numerous boutiques, department stores and timepiece stores here, as well as at Paradeplatz โ€“ the Swiss banking center. Bahnhofstrasse is just as popular with locals and visitors, and it is always worth a visit.

Day 5: ZURICH - BERN. Transfer to Bern by car or minivan with 2 hour stop in LUCERNE.

Stop At: Lucerne, Lucerne
We will offer you a guided tour of the city or on your own. Lucerne is a small fairy-tale city that receives 5 million tourists a year, fascinated by the beauty of lake Lucerne-the cradle of the Swiss Confederation. When you mention Lucerne, you immediately remember your favorite postcard motifs: the old Kapellbrรผcke bridge with a wooden roof crowned by the snow-white peaks of the Alps, or the nostalgic views of lake Vierwaldstet. High above the clouds, mount Pilatus (2,120 meters) rises majestically above lake Lucerne. You can reach the top by funicular or cable car, and you will see a spectacular panorama of the Swiss Alps. Inspired by Lucerne, Schiller wrote the legend of William the Body. Goethe sang of Lucerne and its surroundings in his poems. At the end of the walk - transfer to Bern.

In the Kornmarkt is the Altes Rathaus, the Old Town Hall, built in 1602-06 in Italian Renaissance style but topped by a very typical Swiss hipped roof. The adjoining tower dates from the 14th century.

Day 6: BERN - MONTREUX.Transfer to Montreux by car or mini-van with 2 hour stop in GRUYERS.

Stop At: La Gruyere, La Gruyere, La Gruyere, Canton of Fribourg
One of the most picturesque villages in Switzerland. Along the main and only street of the village, you will pass to the residence of the medieval rulers of this region โ€” the counts of Gruyere. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the Alps from the terraces of the Gruyere castle, taste an unparalleled cheese fondue and a special Gruyere dessert-Meringue cake with amazing double cream. At the end of your stay in Gruyere โ€“ transfer Montreux.

Day 7: MONTREUX

Stop At: Montreux, Montreux, Canton of Vaud
On this day, you will enjoy a fascinating walking tour of Montreux - a world-famous resort town with a special microclimate. Palm trees, cypresses, magnolias and laurels grow here. Montreux is famous for its international jazz festival, which has been held here since 1967. During the tour, you will walk along the embankment, see monuments to Vladimir Nabokov and Freddie mercury. This city has been a place of inspiration for many famous writers and artists. Byron, Karamzin, Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky, Hans Christian Andersen, and many other celebrities have been here.

The 3.5km (2mi) stretch between Clarens and the Chรขteau de Chillon flaunts a variety of lovely blossoms. The promenade is most beautiful during springtime and highly recommended for a relaxed walk along the shoreline while enjoying the view of the Chillonโ€™s postcard-perfect mirroring in Lake Geneva.

Clinging to the steep slopes, the Old Town of Montreux seems lost on the heights. Still, it doesn't take more than ten minutes to walk from the lake to this quaint neighborhood. And what a view! The St-Vincent temple is particularly worth a visit ... The Old Town is also the start of magnificent walks, including the famous path of the Gorges du Chauderon.
