Day 1: Welcome to England

The beautiful Georgian city of Bath is a 90-minute train ride from central London. We'll meet at 4:30pm at our hotel for a "Welcome to England" get-together. We will then get acquainted over a traditional Sunday Roast Dinner.

Day 2: Bath

Today we start English class. These classes are three hour sessions over five mornings.

Our afternoon begins with a walking tour of beautiful Bath before exploring the magnificent Roman Baths, 2000 year old preserved hot baths traditionally used for public bathing. You will have the opportunity to drink from these natural minerva springs said to have special healing properties. Alternatively, you are free to enjoy Bath's excellent shopping or discover Bath's fantastic range of other museums and attractions.

Later, we regroup to enjoy dinner at a traditional pub followed by beer tasting introduced by local experts - where you will have a chance to try the very best local beers and ales.

Day 3: Stonehenge

After English class, we will enjoy a picnic lunch including local British delicacies.

This afternoon we visit the world famous Stonehenge monument. You will have chance to take in these extraordinary prehistoric stones and explore the visitor centre.

Stop At: Bath, Bath, Somerset, England
Upon returning to Bath, you are free to discover Bath's vibrant restaurants which cater for a range of taste buds. We will be organising a surprise activity this evening which you are welcome to join should you wish.

Day 4: Oxford

After our English input, we will depart for Oxford on a private transfer, a 1-2 hour journey from Bath. Here, we will embark on a walking tour to soak in the beautiful architecture and learn about the fascinating history this city has to offer - plus plenty of photo opportunities! We will see the universities which make this city famous and later you will have time to discover parts of the city which interest you. You may even spot familiar scenes from the Harry Potter films. After returning to Bath, you will have the chance to enjoy a traditional British Fish & Chips meal in a local chippy!

Day 5: London

Stop At: London, London, England
We will continue our English lessons tomorrow but today is all about the Capital City of England - London. We will depart our hotel at 10:00am for a short walk to the train station where we catch a direct, scenic train straight into Paddington Station. After our 90 minute train journey, you will experience a short ride on the London Underground or 'The Tube' as the locals call it. From our central location, you can join an escorted tour aboard a red bus, arguably the best way to experience this wonderful City. Next, you will have free time to enjoy the shopping, tour one of the city's many museums or visit London's nature parks. After our exhilarating day in the Big City, we will catch the train home to Bath where we aim to be back at our hotel for 9:00pm.

Day 6: Cotswold Villages

This afternoon, we enjoy a scenic drive through The Cotswolds, a rural area of South England known for its outstanding natural beauty and English charm. We will stop to tour a quintessential English village, with plenty of 'Instagrammable' photo opportunities and surprises along the way.

This evening you will be free to enjoy Bath at your own leisure and our guide services are available should you need help with dinner reservations, booking a show, visiting Bath's Thermae Spa or any advice on how to best enjoy your evening.

Day 7: Lacock

Our English language learning classes conclude today, where we hope you have learnt lots about England and feel more confident using English to converse with the British people. You will receive a certificate acknowledging your efforts to improve your English and an overview of progress made throughout the week.

This afternoon we will enjoy a country walk (weather dependent!) and British cream tea in the stunning village of Lacock, known for its English charm and connections to famous film sets.

At 7:30pm tonight we will meet for our farewell dinner where we'll share travel memories and toast to new friends. Cheers!
