DAY 1: AIRPORT to MANAGUA
Upon your arrival, your driver will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Spend the day at your leisure.
Overnight: Four Star Hotel Camino Real
DAY 2: MANAGUA - LEON VIEJO - SAN JACINTO - LEON (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the base of the smoking Momotombo Volcano and the archaeological site of Leon Viejo. Then, youโll make a brief stop at the village of San Jacinto to visit the fumarolic fields. Transfer to Leรณn and check-in to your hotel. Afterwards, take a guided afternoon tour of colonial Leรณn.

DAY 3: LEON (B)
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then take the day to explore at your own pace. Optional activities include a day at the Pacific Ocean, volcano surfing, and a boat tour of the Juan Venado Mangroves Sanctuary.

DAY 4: LEON - GRANADA - LAKE NICARAGUA (B)
Begin your morning with a hot cup of coffee, then transfer to Granada. Your local guide will help you explore the mysteries of one of the oldest cities of the Spanish Empire. In the afternoon, take a guided visit in a private motorboat to Las Isletas Archipelago in Lake Nicaragua. These small islands were formed when the Mombacho volcano erupted thousands of years ago. Be on the lookout for two species of monkeys and a variety of exotic birds.

DAY 5: GRANADA (B)
Have breakfast at the hotel then spend the day as you like. Just outside your hotel is the Central Square. People watch or practice your Spanish if you like. Perhaps relax at one of the Hotelsโ swimming pool or walk around the city and enjoy its unique architecture. Suggested activities include kayaking on lake Nicaragua, zipline on the side of an extinct volcano, or even a Mombacho Volcano Cloud Forest hike.

DAY 6: GRANADA โ LOS PUEBLOS โ MASAYA (B)
Delight in breakfast at your hotel then head out to discover the highland villages of Los Pueblos de la Meseta or White Towns. Youโll enjoy stopovers in Diriomo at a native sweets maker, San Juan de Oriente a pottery workshop, and Catarina for a view to Laguna de Apoyo. Continue to the historic Masaya artisanโs market to get great deals on quality handmade hammocks, leather goods, and kitschy souvenirs. Then, only 10 Kilometers away is the active Volcano Masaya, where you will be driven right to the summit of an active smoking crater to look inside.

DAY 7: MANAGUA โ AIRPORT (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
