Day 1
โข Departure from Iquitos by boat we will travel downriver 70 KM (about 2 hours).ย

Day 2
โข Sunrise over the Amazon River & animal observation excursion (via boat)
โข Afternoon fishing excursion
โข Viewing of Victoria Regia โ the largest freshwater aquatic plant in the world.
โข Nocturnal boat excursion to spot and catch caiman
โข Overnight at Maniti Eco-Lodge
Day 3
โข Sunrise over the Amazon River, animal observation excursion (via boat)
โข Visit with a local village to learn and observe the local peopleโs daily life and customs.
โข Visit lagoons and tributaries in close proximity to the Maniti Lodge. Here, we can make a variety of activities, dependent on the tourist, such as jungle hiking, canoe rides, fishing, plant education, animal observation or maybe just relaxing with a nice cool swim in one of the lagoons or on the Amazon River!

โข Overnight at Maniti Eco-Lodge
Day 4
โข Morning jungle hike (30-45 minutes) with destination โPalo Altoโ.
โข โPalo Alto Miradorโ is a lookout point that has 3 different observation deck levels. Here guests have a birds-eye view of the lowland Peruvian Amazon from 5, 10, and 15 meters above ground.
โข Daytime exploration of the area that includes hiking, canoe ride in lagoon, fishing (depending on request from passenger).
โข Nocturnal nature hikeย
โข Overnight at top observation deck of Palo Alto (setting up a tent or in hammocks).
Day 5
โข Morning bird watching session from โPalo Altoโ.
โข Visit lagoons that are located close to the Maniti Camp Lodge, near the Rรญo Napo.ย ย
โข Evening animal observation excursion by boat
โข Overnight at Maniti Eco-Lodge
Day 6
โข Sunrise over the Amazon River, Breakfast and departure (via private boat) from Maniti Lodge with destination Rรญo Napo.
โข Upon arrival to site the guides will setup the camp site for the night and cook lunch.
โข Daytime exploration of the area that includes hiking, canoe ride in lagoon, fishing (depending on request from passenger).
โข Night animal observation excursion by boatย
โข Optional overnight rainforest camping (in tents) on banks of Rรญo Napo. If passenger does not choose to camp we will return to Maniti Eco-Lodge.
Day 7
โข Early morning jungle hike
โข Departure from campsite with destination Iquitos City.
โข Visit with a local native Indian tribe to learn and observe about history and their customs.

Tour leaving from Iquitos
Iquitos is one of Peruโs largest cities, you can only get there by plane or through the river since it doesnโt have a highway. Moving around the streets of Iquitos is almost impossible if you donโt have a scooter, this makes the tuk-tuk the king of all means of transportation in this place. This city is one of the best to explore around the Amazon River.
