Day 1: Adelaide to Mt. Remarkable National Park

Stop At: Port Wakefield, Port Wakefield, South Australia
Headed north, grab a coffee in the small town of Port Wakefield before exploring the beautiful beaches around Wallaroo on the Yorke Peninsula.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Mount Remarkable National Park, Mambray Creek, South Australia Australia
Journey onwards to Mt. Remarkable National Park in the Southern Flinders Ranges to set up camp for the night.
Duration: 12 hours

Day 2: Mt. Remarkable National Park to Eyre Peninsula

Stop At: Daveys Gully Trail, Wilmington SA 5485, Australia
Wake up to the sounds of native birdlife, and after breakfast embark on the first hike of the tour exploring Davey's Gully to take in stunning views across the Spencer Gulf. See some impressive silo
art in Kimba and after a quick pitstop for lunch, head towards the Eyre Peninsula.

Stop At: Venus Bay, Venus Bay, Gippsland, Victoria
Spot dolphins surfing the waves at Venus Bay and explore Talia Caves before testing out your sandboarding skills in some epic dunes.

Stop At: Coodlie Park Farm Retreat, Flinders Highway, Port Kenny SA 5671, Australia
Arrive at our home base - Coodlie Park Farm Retreat, for a BBQ feast and to share stories with travellers from our other tour. Spend the night in a swag hut in our eco-campground.

Day 3: Baird Bay & Mikkira Station

Stop At: Baird Bay, South Australia Australia
This morning youโ€™ll have the opportunity to swim, snorkel and splash about with playful sea lions and magical dolphins on a 3-hour cruise in the calm and sheltered waters of Baird Bay. This tour is operated by Baird Bay Eco Tours and is an optional experience. (This experience is paid to the operator on the day).

Those who choose to stay on land will travel to Point Labatt Conservation Park, the only place on the mainland where Australian seal pups can be seen learning to swim, play and rest on the beach.

Stop At: Mikkira Station, 30KM Southwest From Port Lincoln On Mikkira Lane Of Fishery Bay Road, Port Lincoln, South Australia Australia
After lunch on the foreshore weโ€™ll explore some cool coastal caves. Then weโ€™ll head on toward our campsite at Mikkira Stationโ€”home to a wild koala population. Drive time today is 4.5 hours.

Day 4: Port Lincoln & Mikkira Station

Stop At: Port Lincoln SA 5606, Australia
Today you are offered two very different itineraries. Those who love aquatic wildlife and/or are seeking an adrenalin rush, can choose the full day optional experience of coming face-to-face with the majestic, Great White Shark. There are two operators offering different types of experiences. From staying dry in a revolutionary glass viewing aqua sub, to the more extreme option of entering the cage. These experiences are paid to the operator directly.

Stop At: Lincoln National Park, Donington Road, Port Lincoln, South Australia 5607 Australia
If you choose to stay on land, then you will be exploring the Eyre Peninsulaโ€™s amazing coastal scenery. From the wild and rugged Whalers Way, to the white sandy beaches of Coffin Bay National Park. After lunch on the foreshore at Coffin Bay, weโ€™ll head into Port Lincoln, also known as โ€˜Australiaโ€™s Seafood Capitalโ€™. Explore and enjoy some free time before picking up the rest of the group and heading back to the friendly koalas at Mikkira Station, where we camp for a second night.

Drive time today is about 2.5 hours unless you are doing the sharks experience in which case it is only 1 hour.

Walk the footprint free sandy beaches.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Port Lincoln Marina, Marina Dr, Port Lincoln SA 5606, Australia
Grab a coffee in picturesque Port Lincoln.
Duration: 30 minutes

Day 5: Port Lincoln to Flinders Ranges

Stop At: Fishery Bay, Proper Bay Road, Port Lincoln, South Australia Australia
Surfing is a way of life in Australia, so today youโ€™ll pull on a wetsuit for a two-hour learn-to-surf lesson with Xtreme Kite & Paddle. The turquoise and calm waters of Fisheries Bay in Port Lincoln are the perfect place to Hang 10! Those not wanting to surf will be able to relax, swim or explore.

Stop At: Flinders Ranges National Park, Flinders Ranges National Park, Flinders Ranges, South Australia
After lunch, travel back into the magnificent Flinders Ranges, this time to another part to explore the pristine Warren Gorge. Keep your eyes peeling for yellow-footed rock wallabies, which are bouncing back from near-extinction. Roll out your swag for the last time and sleep under the millions of stars of the Milky Way.

Stop At: Warren Gorge, Quorn, South Australia Australia
After lunch, travel back into the magnificent Flinders Ranges, this time to another part to explore the pristine Warren Gorge. Keep your eyes peeling for yellow-footed rock wallabies, which are bouncing back from near-extinction.

Day 6: Flinders Ranges to Adelaide

Stop At: Dutchman's Stern Conservation Park, Arden Vale Road, Quorn, South Australia Australia
Embark on the last hike of the tour at Dutchmans Stern which features incredible views over the Southern Flinders Ranges.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Clare Valley, 8 Spring Gully Road, South Australia 5453 Australia
South Australia is well known for its world-class wine, and the last stop of the tour will be for lunch and wine tasting in the picturesque Clare Valley.

Drive time today is about 5 hours, and this overland adventure ends on arrival into Adelaide. Although there are no formal activities planned, it is usual for the group to get together and reflect on the adventure over a few drinks and meal (at own expense).
