Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Cochin

Pass By: Kochi (Cochin), Kochi (Cochin), Ernakulam District, Kerala
Meeting and assistance at the airport. Our representative will meet to welcome and escort you by a private chauffeur driven transport to the Hotel. Whilst the room keys and check-in is organized, our representative will also hand over the “Welcome Folder” documents and brief you the tour program.


Stop At: Mattancherry Palace, Mattancherry, Kochi, Kerala 682002, India
Afternoon city tour of Cochin visiting Dutch Palace, built by the Portuguese known for its murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana and the Mahabharata, and dresses and palanquins used by Cochin's erstwhile rulers; Koonan Kurishu Shrine which is a small chapel, Jewish Synagogue which has a number of copper plates inscribed in the Hebrew script; Fort Kochi, St Francis Church, the oldest one to be constructed by Europeans in India; Santa Cruz Basilica with a beautifully painted ceiling, and, Chinese Fishing Nets near the harbor's entrance of Cochin. Day 2: Cochin - Periyar

Pass By: Thekkady, Thekkady, Idukki District, Kerala
After breakfast departs by surface to Periyar. On arrival, check-in at Hotel.

Day 3: Periyar Sightseeing

Stop At: Periyar Lake, Thekkady India
After breakfast tour visiting Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary – In the rich jungles of Periyar in Thekkady is one of the world's most fascinating natural wildlife reserves - the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Spread across 777 sq km, of which 360 sq. km is thick evergreen forest, the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wildlife and scenic beauty, the Reserve attracts visitors from all over the world. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Periyar - Kumarakom

Pass By: Kumarakom, Kumarakom, Kottayam District, Kerala
After breakfast depart by surface to Kumarakom, On arrival check-in at Hotel.


Stop At: Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, Kumarakom India
Afternoon Kumarakom is a must-visit the place of Kerala. The main attraction includes the Kumarakom bird sanctuary set in 14 acres of woods. The sanctuary has a large variety of migratory birds and offers a visitor the option of sailing in its backwaters. Sailing in the boathouses out here is a once in a lifetime experience. Poled by local oarsmen, the houseboats are generally furnished with a living room, a bedroom, a private sit-out for the passengers and some of the water-related hobby options. Kumarakom is also famous for its old churches and the exceptionally popular Ayurveda treatment. Overnight at Hotel.
