Itinerary of your trip 5 Days Great Migration Safari Serengeti Luxury

  • Day 1 Arusha To Tarangire National Park
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Arusha To Tarangire National Park

      After breakfast, your driver/guide, will be ready at your hotel to pick you head into the Tarangire National Park for a game drive. The park has great landscapes including plain known as small Serengeti, Tarangire river which act as major magnet for animals during dry season. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This African national park is also home to three rare species of animals โ€“ the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, as well as a few Ashy Starlings. The park also offers large number of Buffaloes, Zebras, Wildebeest, Giraffes, Lions, Cheetah, Leopards, Impalas, Gazelles, warthogs, and wild dogs which are occasional seen. The park is also enriched with birds with more than 400 species. During the lunch hour we will stop at picnic site for lunch and continue with game drive until evening when we drive to the camp for overnight.

  • Day 2 Tarangire National Park To Serengeti National Park

      Tarangire National Park To Serengeti National Park

       Breakfast will be served in the morning, followed by a long travel to the Serengeti. Weโ€™ll need roughly seven hours to get to the main gate. You will eat your packed lunch at the main gate and then travel to the park for the next wildlife safari drive before it gets dark. Dinner and overnight at Seronera camp a similar one.

  • Day 3 Serengeti National Park
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Serengeti National Park

      This day will be spent on a game drive in the Serengeti. The areas that you visit will depend upon where the migrating herds are (predators usually follow closely behind the trekking animals). During the short rainy season in November and December the herds move from the hills in the north to the plains in the south. During the longer rainy season from April to June they return up centra Serengeti, while in July to October they are in North Serengeti. The yearly trek is determined by the rainfalls and the location of the herds might vary from year to year but your guide will know where to find the animals and where to see them best. Apart from wildebeests and zebras you will also spot predators such as lions, leopards and cheetahs as well as all big fives

  • Day 4 Serengeti National Park To Ngorongoro Crater

      Serengeti National Park To Ngorongoro Crater

      Non game-viewing travel time: 2hours

      ยญ After breakfast we continue with game drive until lunch time. After lunch we head to Ngorongoro for overnight. On the way we can experience the Maasai traditional life and experience a little bit of these cultural people lives in the Ngorongoro conservations.

  • Day 5 Ngorongoro Crater To Arusha/Jro

      Ngorongoro Crater To Arusha/Jro

      Non game-viewing travel time: 3hours

      ยญ Distance:181.21 km.

      ยญ After early breakfast we will descend over 600 meters into the crater for a game drive for a half dayโ€™s safari tour. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. This is only the pack that you can see easily black Rhino than any other park. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater and act as home for flamingos and hippos. Apart from animal, the park has most wonderful landscape and its very beautiful caldera park. We will have lunch in the picnic site.
