  • Day 1 Arrival
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Arrival

      You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to Moshi town at Mbugani hotel. You will meet your driver guide who will brief you on your upcoming mountain climbing, then rest until the next day morning.

  • Day 2 Marangu Gate To Mandara Hut
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Marangu Gate To Mandara Hut

      After breakfast and briefing, drive to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate (45 minutes), register and commence the climb. Walk through the rain-forest to the Mandara encampment. A side trip to Maundi Crater is a good way to see the surroundings including Northern Tanzania and Kenya. In the rain-forest, look for towering Eucalyptus trees, bird life, and Colobus monkeys.

      Distance: 7 km Hiking

      Time: 3 hours

      Habitat: Montane Forest

      Overnight: Mandara Hut Camp

  • Day 3 Mandara Huts To Horombo Hut

      Mandara Huts To Horombo Hut

      You leave the glades of the rain-forest and follow an ascending path on the open moorlands to the Horombo encampment. Views of Mawenzi and the summit of Kibo are amazing. Look for giant lobelias and grounsels. You may begin to feel the effects of the altitude.

      Distance: 12 km Hiking

      Time: 6 hours

      Habitat: Moorland

      Overnight: Horombo Hut

      Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Included.

  • Day 4 Horombo Hut To Kibo Hut

      Horombo Hut To Kibo Hut

      Ascending, we now pass the last watering point, walking onto the saddle of Kilimanjaro between the peaks of Kibo and Mawenzi. Vegetation begins with upper heath-land but then disappears into “moonscape”. Dinner, rest, and prepare for summit climb.

      Time: 6 - 8 hours

  • Day 5 Kibo Hut To Summit Then To Horombo Hut
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Kibo Hut To Summit Then To Horombo Hut

      Very early in the morning (midnight to 2am), commence the climb to the summit on steep and heavy scree or snow up to Gilman’s point located on the crater rim. Continuing, we now ascend to Uhuru Peak, which is the highest point in Africa. There are unbelievable views at every turn. Have your picture taken at the summit to show your friends and family. From here we descend, stopping for lunch and a rest at Kibo before continuing on to the Horombo encampment. The beginning of this climb is done in the dark and requires headlamps or flashlights. It will be very cold until you start descending, so you will need all of your warm layers. This is by far the most difficult part of the trek with many switchbacks. Going slowly “pole pole” and an optimistic attitude will get you there!

  • Day 6 Horombo Hut To Marangu Gate To Moshi
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Horombo Hut To Marangu Gate To Moshi

      After breakfast, a steady descent takes us down through moorland to the Mandara Hut. Continue descending through lush forest path to the National Park gate at Marangu. At lower elevations, it can be wet and muddy. Gaiters and trekking poles will help. Shorts and t-shirts will probably be plenty to wear (keep rain gear and warmer clothing handy). A vehicle will meet you at Marangu village to drive you back to Mbugani hotel in Moshi
       for rest and wait for next day for safari eon the park also Don’t forget to tip your guides and porters. It is time for celebration! also this day if you we fill oky we will give you a chance of day trip to hotspring..

      Time: 5- 7 hours

  • Day 7 Tarangire National Park
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Tarangire National Park

      Pick up from mbugani Hotel Moshi early in the morning and drive  to Tarangire National Park which is along the way when you take the Arusha – Dodoma Road; past Makuyuni Junction. Tarangire National Park is the place to be if you want see elephant herds in their big numbers as well as other big game and birdlife. Dotted with gigantic baobab trees the Tarangire National Park is one of the parks where you can see most of the big five including the leopards, Buffaloes lions and elephants with one exception of the Rhino. The park derives its name from Tarangire River which flows across the park ensuring the park is teeming with wildlife throughout the year. You will do game drives until later in the afternoon then  transfer to Migombani campsite and lodge for dinner and overnight

  • Day 8 Ngorongoro Crater Tour
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Ngorongoro Crater Tour

      This morning we will wake up very early in the morning and transfer trough Karatu township arriving early at Loduare Main Gate of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will register to access the NCAA. You will make a brief stop at the Crater’s View point where guests are allowed to alight from the jeeps and have some great views over the Crater floor and an opportunity to take some pictures before descending to the Crater floor where most of the animals reside. You will to day spend the most of the day at the base of the ‘World largest Caldera’ doing game drives in a bid to spot all the Big five as well as many other animals that can be spotted at a very close range in this area. Ngorongoro Crater boasts of the largest concentration of wild animals in their natural habitat. Lunch will be picnic lunch at one of the picnic sites, and later in the afternoon  we will drive  to Migombani campsite and lodge for dinner and overnight

  • Day 9 Lake Manyara National Park - Back To Moshi

      Lake Manyara National Park - Back To Moshi

      Breakfast at your campsite freshly prepared by your professional trained safari cooks then you enter the Lake Manyara National Park at the base of the Great Rift Valley which runs from North to South Africa. The 3rd and last day of your safari will be spent at this small gem of a park which constantly lush green with leafy green forests that are fed by underground rivers making it a very beautiful park regardless it’s size. You will do game drives in the few plains inside this park while elephants and giraffes can be spotted as you pass the forests right from the park’s entrance. The park is also home to thousands of primates including cheeky monkeys and large troops of baboons that reside in this wildlife park.

      The lake itself makes up for two thirds of the park (220 Km Square) and at the shores of the lake you will see a lot of hippos as well as aquatic birds like cormorants, Egyptian geese, herons , as well the Greater and lesser flamingos that flock in this lake. Later in the afternoon depending on your schedule we will be transferred back to kilimanjaro airport drop of.
