  • Day 1 Mombasa - Tsavo East National Park

      Mombasa - Tsavo East National Park

      You will be picked in Mombasa early in the morning, filled with excitement for your safari adventure. Our guide will greet you warmly and help you into a comfortable 4x4 Land Cruiser. As you drive towards Tsavo East National Park, the landscape changes from bustling cityscapes to serene savannahs.

      Mid-Morning: Entering Tsavo East, you are immediately struck by the vastness of the park. The red-dust roads and the sight of elephants dusting themselves with the red soil is mesmerizing. Your first game drive begins, and you spot herds of elephants, graceful giraffes, and the occasional lion lounging under a tree.

      You arrive at Ashnil Aruba Lodge just in time for a delicious lunch. The lodge overlooks the Aruba Dam, a popular watering hole for wildlife. As you dine, you watch zebras and antelopes quenching their thirst.

      After a short rest, you head out for an afternoon game drive. The park is alive with activity, and you spot more wildlife, including buffaloes, impalas, and a variety of bird species. The highlight of the day is a close encounter with a family of elephants crossing the road right in front of your vehicle.

      As the sun sets, you return to Ashnil Aruba Lodge. Dinner is served under the stars, and you fall asleep to the sounds of the African wilderness.

  • Day 2 Tsavo West National Park

      Tsavo West National Park

      After an early breakfast, you bid farewell to Tsavo East and set off for Tsavo West National Park. The drive is scenic, with views of rolling hills and the occasional glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.

      You arrive at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge, nestled in the heart of Tsavo West. The lodge offers stunning views of the Chyulu Hills and a waterhole frequented by wildlife. After checking in, you enjoy a refreshing drink while watching elephants and zebras at the waterhole.

      Lunch is served at the lodgeโ€™s open-air restaurant, offering panoramic views of the park. The food is delicious, and the ambiance is perfect for relaxation.

      Your afternoon game drive takes you to the famous Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear waters are home to hippos and crocodiles. You also visit the Shetani Lava Flow, a stark reminder of the parkโ€™s volcanic past. The landscape here is rugged and beautiful, with black lava rocks contrasting against the green vegetation.

      In the evening return to Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge, you enjoy a sumptuous dinner. The lodgeโ€™s location offers excellent stargazing opportunities, and you spend some time marveling at the night sky before retiring to your room.

      Back at the lodge, you enjoy a hearty breakfast while watching the wildlife at the waterhole one last time.

      Itโ€™s time to pack up and begin your journey back to Mombasa. As you drive through the park, you reflect on the incredible experiences of the past two days. Our guide drops you off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of an unforgettable 3-day safari in Tsavo East and Tsavo West.
