      Hawa Mahal: Jaipurโ€™s most distinct landmark is the Hawa Mahal. Constructed by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, this honeycombed structure was built to enable ladies of the royal family to catch glimpses of the life and other on-goings of the city.  

      Jantar Mantar:  

      Sawai Jai Singh II, a notable Ruler of Jaipur, was an astronomer, a mathematician, and a par excellence town planner. It was he who constructed an observatory that resembled a collection of bizarre colossal sculptures that came to be known as Jantar Mantar.
