Itinerary

Day 1: Drive from Pokhara to Besishahar (6 hrs) and trek to Nadi (1000 m/3 hrs)

Stop At: Besisahar 33600, Nepal
Pick up from your hotel or airport and then drive to Besisahar by Bus (6 hrs) . Then (3 hrs) trek to Nadi passing villages, farms,river and mountains scenery.Overnight in Nadi (1000 m).

Day 2: Trek from Nadi to Jagat (5 hrs /1100 m)

Stop At: Jagat, Jagat, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
5 hour trek from Nadi to Jagat, pass the Marsangdi river, waterfalls, small villages and terraced farmland. Cross a suspension bridge, view Manasalu and many other mountain peaks along the way. Overnight in Jagat (1100 m).

Day 3: Trek from Jagat to Dharapani (8 hrs/1960 m)

Stop At: Dharapani, Nepal
Trek from Jagat to Dharapani (8 hrs). Then cross a bridge near Lake and enter the Manang District. Traverse through barley, rice, and potato fields to the village of Kodo and Dharapani , one of the large villages in the Manang valley. Overnight stay in Dharapani.

Day 4: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (6 hrs/ 2710 m)

Stop At: Chame, Chame, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
Trek from Dharapani to Chame ( 6 hrs) through steep forest ridges. Be rewarded with views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna ll and Annapurna lV . End the day with small hot springs after a long day of hard trekking. Overnight stay in Chame.

Day 5: Trek from Chame to Pisang (6 hrs/3300 m)

Stop At: Pisang 33500, Nepal
Trek from Chame to Pisang through steep and narrow path through a very dense forest until the dramatic curved rock face, rising (1500m) from the river.Arrive at U-shape valley of Manang between two giant snow peaks. Overnight stay in Pisang.

Day 6: Trek from Upper Pisang to Manang (3500 m/7 hrs)

Stop At: Manang, Manang, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
Trek from Upper Pisang to Manang by taking Upper Pisang via Geru. Admire outstanding panoramic views of the mountains peaks such as Annapurna, Pisang Peak and more.Experience contrasting landscape on the trek while approaching a harsher and barren region due to the cold and dry climate.Visit Barge monastery, the largest monastery in the entire Manang district. Overnight stay in Manang .

Day 7: Manang (3500 m/ 3 hrs)

Stop At: Manang, Manang, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
Acclimatization day, take a short walk to higher altitudes to get acclimatized. Note that at this point of the trek, it's important not to stay still. Visit Bhojo Gompa or Gangapurna Lake. Take an easy excursion to a village called Vraga and see its monastery and the Himalayan Rescue Association where you can learn more about mountain sickness. Overnight stay in Manang.

Day 8: Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4100 m/4 hrs)

Stop At: Yak Kharka, Tanki Manang 33500, Nepal
Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka by crossing a stream to the village of Tenki above Manang and then continue to climb out of the Marshyangdi valley along the valley of Jarsang Khola. Pass through pastures, juniper trees and the small village of Ghunsa, a cluster of flat mud roofs.Trek through meadows where you can spot horses and yaks grazing. Cross a small river on a wooden bridge, and then traverse up the ancient Mani wall that reaches Yak Kharka, another small village. Overnight stay in Yak Kharka.

Day 9: Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4600 m/4 hrs)

Stop At: Thorong Phedi - Thorong La Road, Thorong Phedi - Thorong La Rd, Tanki Manang 33500, Nepal
Trek from Yak Kharka to Throng Phedi , make your way to the foot of the pass, Throng phedi, a small busy settlement used as a base camp for trekkers and climbers. Overnight stay in Throng phedi.

Day 10: Trek from Throng Phedi to Thorong La (5416 m) to Muktinath (3800m/8 hrs)

Stop At: Muktinath, Muktinath, Dhaulagiri Zone, Western Region
Trek from Thorong phedi to Thorong La, start the day early to complete the task of crossing the famous high pass, Thorong La the climax of the trek. Walk through the icy high altitude trail while gazing at the mesmerizing Himalayan scenery. Being the slow descent to Muktinath, an important pilgrimage site for both Hindu and Buddhist and demonstrates the religious harmony of Nepal. Overnight stay at Muktinath.

Day 11: Trek from Muktinath to Tatopani (3135 m/4 hrs)

Stop At: Tatopani, Tatopani, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom (4 hrs) and then take a bus to drive along a plateau above the Kali Gandaki, the world's deepest gorge. Arrive at Tatopani, relax your weary muscle and dip in hot spring pools. Overnight in Tatopani.

Day 12: Drive from Tatopani to Pokhara (1400 m/4 hrs)
