11-day Egypt & Jordan Discovered Tour

Day 1: Cairo, Arrive in Cairo, transfer to your hotel, Overnight Cairo

Day 2:  Cairo (B),   Breakfast, meet your guide and your driver and begin your tour in Giza at the west bank of the river. Visit Giza's pyramid complex and the sphinx.  Visit Step Pyramid of Saqqara, visit Memphis., Overnight Cairo.

Day 3: Aswan (B, L, D)     , Breakfast,  flight to Aswan. Meet your guide to visit Philae temple, located on an island, by motor boat along the Nile. Travel to the High Dam and transfer to the Nile cruise for embarkation. lunch, dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4: Komombo and Edfu (B, L, D),    Sail to Komombo. Following breakfast, visit the temple of Komombo. Return to the ship and begin sailing to Edfu. Lunch, visit either Edfu temple or Hours Temple by horse carriage. cruising to Luxor. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5: Luxor (B, L, D),    Breakfast, cross to the West bank in Luxor to visit the valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple and Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise ship for lunch. Visit the temples of Karnak and Luxor, Dinner & Overnight on board.

Day 6: Luxor – Cairo (B),   Breakfast, morning flight from Luxor to Cairo , Optional Cairo City tour "Egyptian museum, Cairo Citadel or Cairo Old Churches and Khan El Khalili Bazzar" , overnight Cairo 

Day 7: Flight Cairo/Amman   (B,D) ,    Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport where you will be met by our representative to help you through formalities then transfer to Amman  hotel for dinner & overnight. 

DAY 8:  AMMAN –  PETRA (B,D)

Pick up from your hotel in Amman, head to visit Madaba to visit it, proceed to Mt. Nebo, a city mentioned in the bible as the place where Moses was granted a view of the Promised Land that he would never enter. Then we head to the  Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth for some free time at leisure at Amman Touristic Beach. Upon completion, transfer to your hotel in Petra for dinner & overnight. 

DAY 9:  PETRA – AMMAN  (B,D),     Start your visit to the Nabatean Red Rose city of Petra with a local English-speaking guide for 2 hours. Dinner & Overnight Amman

DAY 10:  AMMAN CITY TOUR   (B,D),   Start a   2-hour tour of the capital city of Jordan. Including the Archeological Museum, the Folklore Museum, The citadel, the blue mosque and the Amphitheatre. Now onto Jerash for a 2-hour visit of the ancient Roman city with a local English-speaking guide. Dinner & Overnight Amman. 

DAY 11:  DEPARTURE AMMAN  (B),   Breakfast, Transfer to the airport for departure
