Day 1: Arrive in Uganda โ€“ Entebbe International Airport & transfer to the Hotel

Pass By: Entebbe, Entebbe, Central Region
Arrive in Uganda โ€“ Entebbe International Airport, meet our representative and then transfer to the Hotel for relaxation and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls NP, visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary en route

Stop At: Rhino Fund Uganda ( Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary), Gulu Highway Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Nakitoma Uganda
Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park 311km from Kampala about 5 hoursโ€™ drive excluding stops en route, You drive through impressive flat stretches of Nakasongora district before branching off at Nakitooma for 7km to Ziwa Sanctuary to track white Rhinos which are only found here in the whole of Uganda. You retreat from the activity, settle for lunch at Kabalega dinner and continue to Murchison Falls National Park arriving in the evening for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Do morning game drive in northern Murchison & an afternoon Nile launch cruise with a hike to the top of the falls

Stop At: Murchison Falls National Park, Murchison Falls National Park, Western Region
Drive to the parkโ€™s northern section for a morning game drive offering impressive wild game viewing encounter. The 3 โ€“ 4 activity takes you through the designated park tracks including Buligi, Queen, Albert and the entire delta area with possibilities of encountering the lions, elephants, Rothschild giraffes, Leopards, Jacksonโ€™s Hartebeest, waterbucks, Oribis, Kobs among others. The open savannah grassland intercepted with scattered Borassus palms also presents a unique landscape worth viewing. Retreat from the activity and return to the lodge for relaxation
and lunch after which you gather at Paraa jetty for an afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the falls. The 3-hour boat encounter opens you to the thrilling Nile waters in their relaxed flow as they join the Albert delta. The views of Hippos, Nile crocodile and shoebill stork might impress you along the adventure. Upon arriving on the bottom of the falls, you will embark on the hike to the top of the worldโ€™s powerful waterfall. The Nile River which is the longest in the world forces itself to pass through a less than 8m ravine before falling 43m below to what has been termed the devil's cauldron forming a plume of spray marked by a thunderous roar and trademark rainbow. During the hike, you will enjoy the sounds of the Nile as it splashes its head on the impermeable rocks that have stood in its way for centuries past. Retreat from the activity and connect to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale National Park. Whole day drive exploring the impressive countryside landscape of Uganda

Pass By: Fort Portal, Fort Portal, Western Region
After breakfast, embark on the transfer to Kibale National Park driving through impressive countryside landscapes of Hoima and Kagadi. You enjoy impressive views of the en-route countryside. A lunch stop can be made in Hoima and you arrive in Fort Portal in the evening for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Do Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale NP, Bigodi wetland walk & transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP

Stop At: Kibale National Park, Kibale National Park, Western Region
Gather at Kanyanchu Tourism Center in Kibale National Park to catch up with Chimpanzee trekking which begins at 8am. The encounter commences with a briefing from the respective park rangers who will be your guides through the activity detailing the conduct of the exercise. After this, you head to the forest in search of the manโ€™s closest relative. The dense forests of Kibale comprise of lush flora with mature trees marked with huge buttress and climbers & impressive bird species. Apart from chimps, Kibale also supports other 12 Primate Species including the threatened red colobus with the highest population thriving in Kibale, the rare Iโ€™Hoestโ€™s monkey, black-and-white colobus, grey-cheeked mangabey, red-tailed and blue monkeys, bush baby, olive baboon and potto which may be viewed during the trek.Finally, you approach the common chimpanzees which have been fully habituated and thus offering you an opportunity to draw closer to them and take pictures. Viewing them as they munch fruit, swinging in trees, socializing, patrolling, mating and making pant hooting calls may lure you into unforgettable excitement. You have an hour availed to you to encounter these precious apes and you are free to take as many photos as you can. Retreat from the activity which tend to last 2 โ€“ 5 hours and get back to the starting point

Stop At: Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary, Kamwenge Road, Fort Portal Uganda
Transfer to Bigodi wetland Sanctuary a famous successful community tourism initiative in the whole of Uganda presenting a magical walk in its communally controlled wetland with possible sights of 138 species of birds including the great blue turaco, the papyrus gonoleks and a range of hornbills. The sights of the swamp-dwelling sitatunga antelope that is resident in the swamp may also be explored. The walk offers a touch of the community including the home of the traditional healer and an extension to the local school can also be arranged. The range of arts and crafts at the center put together by local women offers you an impressive look at the local expertise. Retreat from the encounter and embark on the transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP 157km about 2 โ€“ 3 hoursโ€™ drive with the views of the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight

Day 6: Game drive in Kasenyi sector, Kazinga Channel boat safari & evening game drive along the channel track

Stop At: Queen Elizabeth National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Western Region
Drive to the rolling plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park with its extensive savannah grassland for amazing game viewing experience after breakfast. The drive through the Kasenyi tracks enables you to explore a range of game including the elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards, waterbucks, side stripped jackals among other species. The activity tends to last 3 โ€“ hours after which you will return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon, you gather at Mweya jetty for an afternoon boat cruise starting at 2pm for Marasa and 3pm for UWA with the interval of 2hours to make a round trip for another turn. The encounter offers you the opportunity of encountering the Nile crocodiles, the Hippos and water birds along the channel. The wild game also tends to come to the channel shores to quench their thirst. Retreat from that and do a game drive along the channel track as you connect to the lodge for overnight

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Do Ishasha game drive en route in search of tree climbing lions.

Stop At: Ishasha, Uganda
Embark on the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the south of Queen Elizabeth National Park. You undertake a game drive in Ishasha sector in search of tree climbing lions that tend to lie on fig tree branches overlooking their prey in the plains. Continue on the drive to Bwindi for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Mountain Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable NP & transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, do an evening boat cruise & relaxation

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Western Region
Have breakfast at your respective lodge and then go to the park offices to get briefed and at 8:00am after which you embark on the Uganda gorilla trek along the designated trails within the impenetrable forest in search for these great Mountain Gorillas. The gorilla trekking might take you 2 โ€“ 8 hours to find the giant Gorillas depending on their movement. The trek/quest for these great apes is tiresome but very well rewarded by meeting, spending time with and photographing these great gorillas as you look straight into their inviting brown expressive eyes, this is a lifetime thrill of a wildlife adventure only Africa can offer you. After your one hour with the gorillas, return to the starting point

Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi driving through fascinating Kigezi Highlands which locals apply terracing method to cultivate their slopes deriving impressive scenic landscape. You arrive at Lake Bunyonyi in the afternoon for relaxation, dinner, and overnight

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, lunch stop at Igongo en route & do evening game drive upon arrival

After a relaxed breakfast, embark on the transfer to Lake Mburo National Park 199km about 4 hoursโ€™ drive. A lunch stop will be made at Igongo Cultural Centre before proceeding to enter the park through Sanga Gate. Do an evening game drive as you head to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight

Day 10: Walking Safari in Lake Mburo National Park & transfer to Entebbe. Make a stop at Uganda Equator crossing Kayabwe.

Stop At: Lake Mburo National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, Western Region
After your early morning breakfast, you will undertake a nature walk-the most interesting game walks in the country that will expose you to various species of primates, birds, antelopes like elands, waterbucks, Impala, Topis, Bushbuck, Klipspringer among others, buffaloes, Rothschild giraffe, Burchellโ€™s Zebra, warthogs among other species not forgetting the beautiful savannah landscape dotted with great acacia.

Transfer to Entebbe 280km about 4 โ€“ 5 hoursโ€™ drive making a stop at Uganda Equator crossing Kayabwe for magical photo shoots where one leg can be placed in the northern sphere and the other remains in the southern hemisphere. It also an impressive site for purchasing memorabilia to take back home as a remembrance for this safari in Uganda
