Let’s start the adventure by taking your local flight from Santa Cruz to Sucre.

Once we arrive, we will discover the capital of Bolivia, considered one of the most beautiful cities in Latin America, nowadays declared a cultural patrimony of humanity by UNESCO.

We will visit the Asur museum, which has 12 rooms fully equipped for the exhibition of beautiful traditional weavings of the region. We will walk through the Recoleta viewpoint to have a beautiful view of the city. We will also visit the Cathedral, the Prefecture, the Casa de la Libertad, and finally the central market.

Day 2 Visit To Tarabuco & Piscili: Living Cultures

Visit To Tarabuco & Piscili: Living Cultures

We leave in the morning towards Tarabuco, recognized in previous times as a warrior town (the people of Tarabuco are one of the first natives of the victories over the Spanish crown in 1816).

The town today is known for the beautiful weavings sold at the Sunday market, where it is still practiced. Afterward, we will meet the locals in the village of Piscili. The women of the village are experts in the art of weaving, the techniques they use, and the symbolism embodied in the weavings, which have to do with their daily lives.

Afterward, a lunch of fresh local products will be served. And the locals will show us how they work the land and the products they grow.

Return to Sucre at the end of the day.

Historical City Of Potosi - Journey To Uyuni

We leave Sucre to go to the "Imperial City of Charles V": Potosi, a city that has stood out for centuries and that still today has a lot to offer to tourists. We will visit the emblematic Casa de la Moneda (Mint). The place where natives and slaves from Africa minted silver coins during the Spanish domination.

Then, we will stroll through the main square and the surrounding streets to appreciate the facades of the churches of San Lorenzo and San Francisco.

At the end of the tour, we will head back to Uyuni.

Day 4 Uyuni Salt Flat Adventure - Admire A Giant Cactus At Incahuasi Island

We leave for the salt flat in a 4x4 car. We will visit the Train Cemetery and the town of Colchani, which is located at the edge of the Salar and is the place where salt is processed with traditional methods.

We will continue our adventure until we reach Incahuasi Island, located 80 km away. From its summit, in the middle of a giant cactus, we can appreciate the amazing extension of the sea of salt and the Tunupa volcano.

We will have time to observe the sunset and take pictures, playing with perspective.

Finally, we will head to the town of San Juan to spend the night.

We leave the Salar to visit the high-altitude lagoons: Laguna Honda, Laguna Ramadita, and Laguna Hedionda.

Each one of them has incredible beauty.

We will also visit a different ecosystem: the Siloli Desert, one of the driest in the world, where the popular Stone Tree is found.

Finally, we will arrive at the Laguna Colorada, so named because of its reddish color, where the Andean flamingos live.

It will be a journey where the desert and the lagoons will transmit to us their peace and tranquility, finding ourselves in the middle of nowhere.

Day 6 Relax At The Andean Hot-Springs - Magical Dali Desert

Relax At The Andean Hot-Springs - Magical Dali Desert

Early in the morning, we will go out to visit the Sol de Mañana geysers, water wells that boil under the earth.

Here, we will have the sensation of being on another planet. Then we will go to the hot springs, where we will enjoy a relaxing bath surrounded by a beautiful landscape.

After that, we continue to Laguna Verde, whose waters have a magical aspect. And make a stop at the emblematic Dali Desert, so named because of the interesting colors of its mountains, reminiscent of the master’s paintings.

Finally, we will return to the bus station in Uyuni to return to La Paz (overnight by bus).

Day 7 La Paz City Tour And Cable Car Ride - Lunar Landscape At The Valley Of The Moon

La Paz City Tour And Cable Car Ride - Lunar Landscape At The Valley Of The Moon

Arrive at La Paz bus terminal and transfer to the hotel. Then, be ready to start our city tour, where we will visit the different sectors of the city of La Paz, such as Plaza Murillo, the Government Palace, the Legislative Palace, and the Metropolitan Cathedral.

Then we will take the cable car, and enjoy a fantastic view of the city built between the mountains.

Afterward, we will walk through the traditional sector, where the popular Street of the Witches is located, an area where they sell amulets, objects, and plants that are used to fight evil spirits and to perform rituals of the Andean cosmovision.

We will finish the tour with a visit to the Valley of the Moon, a beautiful place located near the city of La Paz where erosion has managed, after many years, to form marvelous stone forms that give us the sensation of being in a real lunar landscape.

Day 8 Enjoy The View Of Titicaca Lake - Copacabana & Isla Del Sol

Today we will leave La Paz for Copacabana. Then, we will go to the port where we will board a boat to take us to the Isla del Sol. Here we will climb the stairs of Yumani, at the top we will find a beautiful stone fountain known as "la fuente de la vida" (the fountain of life), and we will observe the interesting systems of farming terraces.

We will also see the ruins of the Pilkokaina Palace, also called the Temple of the Sun, which is an important archaeological site of Inca origin. The place has a mystical atmosphere that transports us to past times when man was deeply connected to Mother Earth.

We will leave the island to return to Copacabana and visit the Great Cathedral, where the Virgin of Candelaria is located, a virgin that receives the adoration and devotion of people beyond Bolivia.

We will have lunch and return to the city of La Paz.
