Day 1: In Taipei: enjoy Taiwanโ€™s original bubble milk tea

Stop At: Dihua Street, Datong District, Datong, Taipei 103 Taiwan
Go back in time at Dadaocheng and visit a family-run tea roasting plant, one of the oldest tea factories on the island.

Day 2: From Taipei to Miaoli and Taichung: experience Hakka tea culture

Check out the wooden Japanese colonial era Shengxing Railway Station and get on an old mountain line railbike to enjoy a scenic "train ride" through cultural relics featuring a renovated train powered by bicycles, enabling you to experience the beauty of Sanyi's mountain culture

Day 3: From Taichung to Sun Moon Lake

Day 4: In Nantou: The eco-cha founder will take you to visit high mountain tea to Chiayi

Try Eco-Chaโ€™s organic tea and take a tour by Andy Kincart, founder of Eco-Cha to his recommended high mountain farm and tea factory (admission included,) and enjoy lunch surrounded by the beautiful scenery at Lugu high mountain

Day 5: From Chiayi to Alishan

Enter the Alishan National Park and handpick tea at a local tea farm with breathtaking views (admission included.) After tea leaf picking, take a leisurely hike through the park's verdant natural forest, enjoying Taiwan's mountainous terrain that supports ideal tea growing conditions before witnessing an unforgettable sunset at Alishan.

Day 6: From Alishan to Tainan

In the morning, weโ€™ll get up early and hop on the Alishan Forest Railway to catch a glimpse of the areaโ€™s famed โ€œsea of cloudsโ€ that appear in the hours around dawn, and explore thousand-year-old ancient Taiwan cypress trees along trails of the Alishan Forest Recreation Area.

Afterward, weโ€™ll head to Tainan, Taiwan's oldest city to learn about the island's history dating all the way back to the Dutch and Portuguese colonial periods, embark on a Tainan Cultural Heritage tour, and furthermore, try Tainan's famous bites at the city's "Old Street."

Day 8: From Pingtung to Taitung

Day 10: From Hualien back to Taipei

Stop At: Taroko National Park, No.291, Fushi Fushi Vil., Xiulin 97253 Taiwan
On our tourโ€™s final day weโ€™ll start slowly, allowing guests an hour or so after breakfast in the world-renowned Taroko National Park to continue to enjoy the facilities at the Taroko Silk before heading out to tour the gorge itself. Weโ€™ll spend the rest of the morning visiting the temples and shrines of the gorge, and, weather permitting, taking a hike to the Baiyang waterfall.

Pass By: Qingshui Cliff, Su-hua highway from Herping to Chungte, Xiulin 97253 Taiwan
After lunch, weโ€™ll head back towards the coast through the gorge and drive along the picturesque Qingshui Cliff, the largest coastal cliff in Taiwan on the famous Suhua Highway coastal road, then returning to Taipei.
