      Visit Yerevan’s best-known places, including Cascade, Opera House, North Avenue, the Republic Square and  learn about the city’s Urartian origins. Hear about the history, culture of Yerevan, which is older than Rome for about 30 years.

      Today your first stop will be Dilidjan: one of the most important resorts of Armenia, situated within the Dilijan National Park. This small city usually is called Armenian Switzerland or Little Switzerland by the locals. The forested and reclusive town is home to numerous Armenian artists, composers, and filmmakers and features some traditional Armenian architecture. Continuing the tour You will explore two 12th- or 13th-centuries medieval Armenian treasures: Monastery complexes Haghartsin and Goshavank. Continue on and pass the blue waters of Lake Sevan, we will arrive at the famous peninsula of Sevan where in 921 was the battle of Sevan between Armenian King Ashot Iron and Arabs. Marvel at the picturesque Lake Sevan with its crystal clear waters and stunning historic peninsula which is home to medieval monastery Sevanavank. Nicknamed the ‘Blue Pearl’ this magnificent lake is the jewel of Armenia. The Wonderful Lake that surrounds the peninsula of Sevan and Sevanavank is one of the most beautiful places in Europe. From Sevan, You will return back Yerevan

      Continuing our journey we will go to Geghard's unique monastery, which is a spiritual center not only in Armenia but also in the whole of Christendom's. Gegard which is known as Ayrivank is the spectacular towering, cliffs surrounding the monastery are part of the Azat River gorge and are included together with the monastery in the World Heritage Site listing. Some of the churches within the monastery complex are entirely dug out of the cliff rocks, others are little more than caves, while others are elaborate structures, with both architecturally complex walled sections and rooms deep inside the cliff. Journey back to the days of Ancient Armenia and discovering the temple of Garni which is the only standing Greco-Roman colonaded building in Armenia and symbol of pre-Christian Armenia. Then, you will explore the ruins of the ancient fortress and discover the ancient buildings of great architectural and historic significance, including the iconic Garni at the top of the hill, from where opens a picturesque mountain locality commanded a broad panorama of orchards, fields and mountain slopes which are covered with motley carpets of varicoloured grasses, of the jagged and precipitous canyon of the Azat river. You will take part in the process of baking Armenian traditional lavash. The end of the tour return to Yerevan.

      Day 4: Yerevan/Khor Virap/The Cave Of Areni/Noravank/Yerevan

      In the morning, we will go to the South Gates of Armenia, historic Syunik and Vayots Dzor. The first parking place is the Khor Virap Monastery, the most symbolic place of Christians and Biblical Armenia. This very important place of the Christian world was built in the place where Prison was once and the founder of the Armenian Church, Grigor Lusavorich, was imprisoned by the king. From here opens a unique view to the Mount of Biblical Mount Ararat, where the Bible has stopped by the Ark of Noah's patriarch. Continuing the path you will go to one of the oldest winemaking centres in Armenia - Areni village. According to historical and archaeological sources, wine production has been extremely developed in Armenia. The first written comment on this is found in the Greek author Strabon Anabasis. In recent years, in the cave of Areni, by archaeologists were discovered a wine factory in the Copper-Stone Age wine area, the oldest known wine drum found in the world. As you come to know, first visit Areni I Cave and then Areni Wine Factory. Get acquainted with the wine production process, taste the local wines, and then go to Vayots Dzor, a medieval gem of Noravank. Roads across the cliffs, beautiful monuments blended with canyons and landscapes. All this will guide you throughout the tour. Return to Yerevan in the evening.

      Yerevan – Etchmiadzin Cathedral  (mother church of the Armenian Apostolic Churc) – Zvartnots Cathedral  – Yerevan. Transfer from the hotel to the airport. Departure. On this day you will discover the secrets of one of the spiritual capitals of Armenia and the Middle East, the Holy Echmiadzin.  Being considered one of the most important centers of the Christian world, the Armenian Church is one of the three directions of Christianity. And here in 301 Christianity became the state religion of Armenia, and the country began to storm Christian monuments. In that same year, in Vagharshapat (now Etchmiadzin), the Armenian capital, began the construction of the cathedral, and later other famous churches and temples are built such as Hripsime, Gayane, Zvartnots. The city of Etchmiadzin is the holy city of the Armenian people and follower of the Armenian Apostolic Church. It is conditionally called the "Armenian Vatican".
