Day 5: Udawalawe national park safari

Stop At: Udawalawe National Park Sri Lanka
Safari tour of Udawalawe National Park. Udawalawe is an important habitat for Sri Lankan elephants and is also known as a good bird watching site in Sri Lanka. Bird lovers would get a wonderful opportunity to observe many different varieties of birds,national park provides a home for many other species of mammals such as the rusty-spotted cat, fishing cat. Day 6: Visit sinharaja rain forest

Stop At: Sinharaja Forest Reserve, Sinharaja Access Road, Mederipitiya, Deniyaya, Galle 81524 Sri Lanka
Venture into Sinharaja Rain Forest. This evergreen rain forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is one of the few virgin rain forests left to date. There is also an abundant reptile population and myriads of insects species, many yet to be classified. It is preferable to explore Sinharaja on foot, which makes for a truly authentic jungle experience.
