About experience

Day 1: Sydney - Port Stephens (L,D)

After meeting your guide, travel by coach to the Australian Reptile Park and meet some of Australiaโ€™s iconic reptiles and animals.

Next, travel to Port Stephens and enjoy a buffet lunch while cruising the pristine waters of Nelsons Bay. You'll also have the chance to swim with dolphins in the enclosed netting.

Travel by 4WD vehicle to some of Australiaโ€™s best sand dunes and sand-board on 30-50m (98-feet to 164-feet) dunes before heading to Diamond Head for a BBQ dinner by the beach.

Accommodation: camping in Crowdy Bay National Park

Day 2: Port Stephens-Coffs Harbour (B,L,D)

After enjoying breakfast, head to the beach and start your surfing lesson. If you prefer a more relaxing approach, take a paddle-board, simply relax on the sand or take a dip in the water.

In the afternoon, take a bush survival course and learn all you need to know about surviving in the wild before enjoying a delicious lunch followed by dinner at the Plantation Hotel. Accommodation:Hostel Stay in Coffs Harbour

Day 3: Coffs Harbourโ€“Byron Bay-Surfers Paradise (B,L,D)

Start the morning with a 3-hour kayak and dolphin, whale and turtle viewing as you paddle the waters of Byron Bay.

Enjoy lunch at the Aquarius Cafe before snorkeling with tropical marine life and a visit to Cape Byron Lighthouse.

Dinner & accommodation at The Island Resort Surfers Paradise

Day 4: Gold Coast-Leconfield/Coghlan (B,L,D)

Visit the Boonoo Boonoo Falls where you can walk the tracks and view the cascading waters of the falls, and swim in the rock pools followed by a BBQ lunch.

Enjoy Celtic history at the Australian Standing Stones, a sneak peek at the hideout of bush-ranger Captain Thunderbolt and try to make your fortune panning for gold in the Uralla River.

Dinner will be at the Uralla Hotel. Accommodation: Pub stay

Day 5: Leconfield/Coghlan (B,L,D)

After breakfast enjoy a full day at Jackaroo & Jillaroo School. Experiences include horsemanship, whip cracking, sheep shearing, lassoing, working dog demo and more.

Lunch and dinner will be hearty traditional farm meals. Accommodation:Farm stay

Day 6: Leconfield/Coghlan-Mudgee-Capertree (B,L,D)

Satisfy your taste buds with a full day wine tasting at some of the finest wineries in Mudgee: Robert Stein Winery, Farmerโ€™s Daughter Wines, Huntington Estate Wines.

Enjoy lunch at Mudgee Brewing Company and a BBQ dinner. Accommodation:Farm stay

Day 7: Capertree-Sydney (B,L)

After breakfast, head to Jenolan Caves and enjoy a cave exploration highlighting the phenomenal crystal formations.

Travel to Scenic World for lunch and take in the breathtaking sights of the Blue Mountains on the Skyway, Walkway, Cableway & Railway.

Stop at Echo point and view the Three Sisters, the expanse of Sydney, the Ruined Castle & Mount Solitary.
