      Welcome to Urumqi. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Urumqi hotel. Enjoy your free time in Urumqi.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Urumqi To Heavenly Lake, Then To Guhai Hot Spring By Car

      Day 2: Urumqi To Heavenly Lake, Then To Guhai Hot Spring By Car

      Today you will take 1-hour car ride to Heavenly Lake. It is high mountain lake in the Tianshan Mountains, and inscribed on the world heritage by UNESCO. The lake looks like a crystal mirror to reflect the snow-capped mountains. 

      Then you will take another 1-hour car ride to Guhai Hot Spring, which is located in Gurbantรผnggรผt Desert. Though the hot spring resort is basicly constructed, it is nice to get real hot spring bath in the desert.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Guhai Hot Spring To Turpan

      Day 3: Guhai Hot Spring To Turpan

      Today you will take 4-hour car ride to Turpan, which used to be a hub on the ancient Silk Road in the past.  You will visit the ancient city of Jiaohe, the Karez Irrigation System, and Emin Minaret . It is wonderful to learn the history and view the attractions in Turpan.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Turpan To Urumqi By Car

      Day 4: Turpan To Urumqi By Car

      After hotel breakfast, you will visit the ancient city of Gaochang, Bezklik Grottoes, Astana Ancient Tombs etc.

      After lunch, you will take the car back to Urumqi. Time permits, you will explore Erdaoqiao Bazaar which is a wonderful place to view all sorts of products.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Departure From Urumqi

      Day 5: Departure From Urumqi

      If time permits, you will visit Xinjiang Museum which is renowned for the mummies in the morning.

      Afterwards, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back to your home, where the wonderful tour concludes.
