After we cross the suspension bridge we have a steep ascent to Philim, with many waterfalls cascading down on both sides of the valley. Manaslu, Ratna Chuli, Cheo Himal and many other snow-covered Himalayan mountains. The trail from the pass descends quite rapidly and passes a small iced-over lake as we trek along rocky terrain. We then follow the trail for about 6 to 7 hours before until we come to Dharapani in the Annapurna region.
