Guide

A highly experience, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly , English speaking well trained, Government License holder guide with all his salary, food, drinks, accommodation, transport and insurance. Strong, helpful porters with proper safety equipment and walking equipment his salary, foods, accommodation and insurance (one porter for two people).

Flights

Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu flight with private airport transfer and domestic airport tax. *** International flights are not included

Trekking Lodge (Tea House) accommodations throughout the trek.

Meals

Three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) during the trek. Fresh fruit every evening after the dinner.

All necessary paper works Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit & Trekkerโ€™s Information Management System (TIMS) permit. Comprehensive medical supplies (first aid kit will be available). Arrangement of Emergency Helicopter service (paid by your Travel Insurance company). Use of sleeping bag, down Jacket, Duffel bag and walking Poles (if you donโ€™t have your own, To be return after trip completed). Nepal Eco Adventure T-shirt and cap. Government taxes and official expenses. Everest base camp trekking map. Oxymeter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) Which will ensure you trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker. Assistant guide group size above 6+ person.

All desserts and sweet things like,chocolate, cake, pie and pudding. ( i.e. those you choose to purchase along the way and during evenings in the Tea Houses). Hot shower and battery charging during the trekking. Tips for the guide, porter and driver (Tipping is expected). Excess baggage more than 15kg for Lukla flight.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Flight To Lukla (2875M) | Trek To Phakding (2610)
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Flight To Lukla (2875M) | Trek To Phakding (2610)

      You will catch an early morning scenic flight to Lukla. The Everest panorama trek will start from there. This first easy walk  will help out with your acclimatization.  You will be staying overnight at a tea-house in a lovely village of  Phakding.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Trek From Phakding To Namche Bazaar (3450M)

      Day 2: Trek From Phakding To Namche Bazaar (3450M)

      After a hearty breakfast at Phakding, you will walk through beautiful pine forests and then cross the many suspension bridges over Dudh-Koshi River until you arrive to Sagarmatha National parkโ€™s checkpoint.  After showing your permits and other documents, you will enter the protected area, then pass through Jorsale village to enter Namche Bazaar. After walking past forests and bridges, you will reach the merging point of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers. After a few more hoursโ€™ hike, you will finally reach the famous Namche bazaar, the trading center of the region. Overnight at Namche.



  • Day 3 Day 3: Namche Bazaar | Acclimatization Day

      Day 3: Namche Bazaar | Acclimatization Day

      This day is set aside for acclimating to the region and to prevent altitude sickness. A short detour will be taken either to Khunde village or Namche Bazaar itself, with numerous restaurants, shops, bakeries and markets. You will also be able to trek up to the tourist visitor center near the headquarters of Sagarmatha National Park to observe  a number of things related to Sherpa climbers, plants and animals. The acclimatization day will help you to adjust to the mountain air and prepare you for the days to come.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Namche Bazaar To Thame (3800M)
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 4: Namche Bazaar To Thame (3800M)

      On this day, you will take a hike up to Thame and roam around the village and also visit a famous monastery there. This 5 hour hike is also supposed to help in acclimating to the altitude. Overnight at Thame.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Trek From Thame To Khumjung (3785Meters)

      Day 5: Trek From Thame To Khumjung (3785Meters)

      You will start with a climb up to the famous Syangboche airstrip. The climb is steep for two hours and then it levels until you reach Khumjung village. The Khumjung valley is surrounded by the peaks Kondge, Thamserku and Khumbila and also has a monastery that houses the scalp of a yeti. A number of colorful monasteries, Hillary school and the traditional settlements are also the highlights of the area. Overnight at Guesthouse.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Trek To Tengboche

      Day 6: Trek To Tengboche

      From Namche, you will pass through yak pastures with picturesque views of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and others to reach Kyangjuma and then to Dudh Koshi. Two and a half hour walk from there will take you to Tengboche, famous for the Tengboche monastery that opens after 4 in the afternoon. You will also enjoy the evening view of some of the highest mountains in the world. Overnight in lodge.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Trek Back To Namche

      Day 7: Trek Back To Namche

      You will enjoy the early sunrise in the mountains and then make your way back to Namche Bazaar tracing back the trail. Overnight in Namche.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Trek From Namche To Lukla (2875M)

      Day 8: Trek From Namche To Lukla (2875M)

      You will trace back your steps to Lukla early in the morning. As you exit the Sagarmatha National Park, you will be ending the walking part of your trek. After the 7 hour walk, you will spend the night in Lukla.

  • Day 9 Day 9: Flight From Lukla To Kathmandu

      Day 9: Flight From Lukla To Kathmandu

      On the final day morning, you will take a scenic mountain flight from Lukla to Kathmandu airport.  May you enjoy the rest of your trip in Nepal!
