  • Day 1 Fly Lukla, Trek To Phakding (2656 M)

      Thereโ€™s no denying it: the flight to Lukla is genuinely thrilling. But as we disembark from the plane, weโ€™ll embark on the remarkable journey to Everest Base Camp. Once we touch down in Lukla, our trek begins as we make our way towards the picturesque village of Phakding, where weโ€™ll spend the night. 

      Weโ€™ll be staying overnight at a cozy teahouse in Phakding.

  • Day 2 Trek To Namche (3450 M)

      Trek To Namche (3450 M)

      Right after an early breakfast, our real trek adventure kicks off this morning. Starting from Phakding, weโ€™ll navigate across rivers using suspension bridges. The charming villages we encounter along the way will dictate the rhythm of our journey, and sooner than weโ€™d expect, weโ€™ll find ourselves at the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. The trail then ascends steeply, eventually leading us to Namche Bazaar. This is where weโ€™ll spend the night, staying at a comfortable hotel with excellent facilities.

  • Day 3 Acclimatization

      Acclimatization

      Acclimatization is a crucial aspect of a successful trek, and today is dedicated to that vital process. Weโ€™ll spend the day acclimatizing by exploring the renowned Namche Bazaar, which boasts various restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. There are some exciting options for activities as well; we can pay a visit to Khunde Hospital, a remarkable establishment founded by Sir Edmund Hillary. Alternatively, we can stroll up to the Everest View Hotel above Namche. From there, we can see a breathtaking sunset over Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, and the majestic Everest. 

      Weโ€™ll spend the night at a cozy teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

  • Day 4 Trek To Tengboche (3870 M)

      Our day commences with a gentle walk to Phulki and continues to Tengboche village, renowned for its monastery, which is likely the largest in the Everest region. This village is nestled within the Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At Tengboche, weโ€™ll be treated to panoramic vistas that encompass the entire Himalayan range, including the magnificent peaks of Mt. Everest, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, and Mt. Thamserku. 

      Our overnight stay will be in Tengboche.

  • Day 5 Trek To Dingboche (4410 M)

      Trek To Dingboche (4410 M)

      Weโ€™ll meander through dense forests filled with birch, conifer, and rhododendron trees as we descend along the trail. Our journey will lead us to Pangboche by following this downhill path, and weโ€™ll cross the Imja River along the way. Continuing through the scenic Imja Valley and crossing the Lobuche River, weโ€™ll ultimately ascend to Dingboche. This charming village offers a rustic and idyllic setting, with picturesque barley, potato, buckwheat fields and grazing animals. 

      Weโ€™ll spend the night at a teahouse in Dingboche.

  • Day 6 Acclimatization
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Acclimatization

      Another important day is dedicated to acclimatization in Dingboche, a crucial step in preparing for the high altitudes and the thinner air awaits us. This day is best utilized for exploring the village, and weโ€™ll have the opportunity to climb a ridge situated behind the village. From this vantage point, we can admire the awe-inspiring sight of six of the worldโ€™s tallest peaks, including Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Makalu, and Mt. Cho Oyu. Rest is essential; weโ€™ll need all our energy for the challenging ascent the following day.

      Weโ€™ll spend the night at a teahouse in Dingboche.

  • Day 7 Trek To Lobuche (4940 M)

      As we continue our journey, the trail becomes increasingly challenging, taking us to higher altitudes. Our ascent leads us to the steep terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. Weโ€™ll navigate through slopes covered in boulders as we ascend Chupki Lhara, a ridge that offers breathtaking panoramic views. The next leg of our adventure involves crossing rugged mountain terrain until we reach Lobuche, a quaint settlement with stunning vistas of Mt. Lobuche, Mt. Pumori, and the majestic Nuptse. 

      Weโ€™ll spend the night in Lobuche.

  • Day 8 Trek To Gorakshep (5170 M/Everest Base Camp (5364 M)

      Each step brings us closer to our ultimate destination. Our day begins with a relatively straightforward trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep. However, the subsequent trail to Everest Base Camp is more demanding. It involves navigating up-and-down routes, primarily on a glacier path. Here, weโ€™ll catch our first glimpse of Everest Base Camp before returning to Gorakshep after a strenuous day. 

      Weโ€™ll spend the night at Gorakshep.

  • Day 9 Kala Patthar (5545 M), Trek To Pheriche (4288 M)

      Kala Patthar (5545 M), Trek To Pheriche (4288 M)

      The highlight of this incredible trek is undoubtedly Kala Patthar. Our journey to Kala Patthar kicks off at daybreak, allowing us to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over Mt. Everest. The dayโ€™s first rays will cast a brilliant light on the breathtaking views of Nuptse Nup, Changtse, and Lhotse. This is where weโ€™ll capture our most stunning shots of Everest and its neighboring peaks. Afterward, weโ€™ll return to Gorak Shep for breakfast and then descend in the direction of Pheriche. 

      Weโ€™ll spend the night in Pheriche.

  • Day 10 Trek To Namche
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Trek To Namche

      This marks the turning point of our trek as we begin our descent back towards Namche. The journey from Pheriche to Tengboche is primarily downhill, and after a rewarding hike, weโ€™ll find ourselves back in Namche. This will be our final day amidst these majestic mountains. 

      Weโ€™ll spend the night at a teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

  • Day 11 Trek To Lukla
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Trek To Lukla

      Following a hearty breakfast, weโ€™ll trek back to Lukla via Phakding. Along the way, weโ€™ll revisit the stunning vistas of mountains, monasteries, and villages accompanying us. 

      Weโ€™ll spend our last night at a teahouse in Lukla.

  • Day 12 Kathmandu

      Kathmandu

      Our return journey to Kathmandu from Lukla will be by flight, a 25-minute ride that transports us back to civilization from the remote Khumbu mountains. 

      Please Note: The flights from Lukla to Kathmandu can occasionally be canceled due to adverse weather conditions. Itโ€™s wise to keep an extra day in your schedule as a buffer in case such circumstances arise.
