Oxymeter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) Which will ensure you trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker. One night standard accommodation in a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu on a twin sharing basis including breakfasts. 10 nights of guest house accommodation during the trek on a twin sharing basis.

Please be advised that if you need to return early from the trek due to reasons such as sickness, unfavorable weather conditions, personal issues, itinerary modifications, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the following conditions apply: - Any payments made for flights, hotel accommodations, mountain room bookings, meals, and related expenses are nonrefundable. - You will be required to cover the costs of hotel stays, meals, and other expenses in Kathmandu independently. Additionally, please note that during the months of March to May and September to November, all flights will depart from Ramechhap.       Our adventure begins after we land at Tenzing Hillary Airport at Lukla. We then follow the trail to Phakding passing through Chaurikharka village before heading up to Dudh Koshi Ghat (2,530m/8,300ft) and finally on to Phakding. At Phakding we will visit the local Rimishung Monastery. 

  • Day 2 Day 2: Trek To Namche Bazaar (3,440M/11,280Ft) 5-6 Hours.

      The trail this morning follows along the banks of the Dudh Kosi River until we come to the tiny village of Jorsale just to the south of Namche Bazaar. After another two hour trek we come to Namche Bazaar. On the trail, we will have some striking views of Mt. Everest (Sagamartha in Nepali). We formally enter the Sagarmatha National Park at Jorsale where authorities will ask to see your trekking permit. After another 5 or 6 hours of physically hard going we come to Namche Bazaar.

      On the trail heading to Tengboche, we have great mountain views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse Shar, Taboche, Khangtega, and Thamserku peaks. Further on we come to the army checkpoint at Phunke Tenga Village. The afternoon is free and will allow us to visit the Buddhist monastery at Tengboche. We will also head up a steep hill to the Sagamartha National Park Headquarters.

      The trail from Tengboche to Dingboche is only a short distance and we expect to arrive at Dingboche in the afternoon. The last hill before coming to Dingboche, and at this altitude, is a physically challenging climb. The trail then heads to the village of Somare (4020m) and then on to Orsho. Later the trail forks with the left fork leading to Pheriche. We then cross a suspension bridge over the river and have that steep climb up to Dingboche (4460m) where there are several good guesthouses where we can stay.

      Today is set aside so that we can acclimatize before heading to higher altitudes. Today we will explore in and around Dingboche. This will help us to acclimatize. It is recommended that we stay active to improve the process.

      Today we have an easy trek to Thukla before crossing the steep moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. We then trek across the large rocky slopes as we ascend to Chupki Lhara where we find piles of stones with Tibetan prayer flags placed by Sherpas as a monument to Scott Fischer (American mountaineer), 10-time Everest summiteer Babu Chiri Sherpa (Nepalese Sherpa mountain guide) who died while climbing Mt. Everest. The path then heads to the Khumbu Glacier moraine from where we have some incredible views of several mountain peaks: Khumbutse, Lingtren, and Mahalangur Himal.

      This morning we continue on the trail to Mt. Everest Base Camp through the immense Gorak Shep. On the trail we pass Indian army mountaineersโ€™ memorials. The thin air at this altitude makes it more difficult which requires us to walk at a slower pace. We cross rocky dunes, moraines, and streams before coming to EBC. From here you will see some of the worldโ€™s highest peaks that stand in contrast to the gray and rocky terrain nearby. From here we can see Khumbutse, Nuptse, and Pumori. We will then return to Gorakshep for a good nightโ€™s sleep.

      The early morning trek up to Kalapathar (5550m) is an unforgettable experience as we watch the sunrise and how it reflects off the snow-covered peaks of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and other similarly magnificent mountains. We then head back down to Dingboche (via Lobuche) before coming to Pheriche.

      Today the trail is mostly downhill as we head to Debouche and Tengboche before coming to Phunke Tenga. Further downhill we arrive at the Dudh Koshi River where we cross the suspension bridge and then continue on the trail to Namche Bazaar. At Namche Bazaar we also have some great views of the snow-covered peaks of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Tawache and Lhotse. 

  • Day 10 Day 10: Trek To Lukla (2,642M/8,668Ft) 7-8 Hours.

      This is the latest day of our trek as we head back downhill to our starting point at Lukla. On arriving at Lukla we will have time to wander around the town and explore the nearby countryside. We can also celebrate the successful completion of our adventure to Everest Base Camp.

      This morning we have a 30 to 40-minute scenic flight back to Kathmandu and can look down over the mountains in which we trekked through. You will see them through different eyes now and have a true appreciation of the immense Himalayan Mountains. At Kathmandu, we will take you back to your hotel in Thamel where you can relax and reflect on your journey to EBC. You may decide to wander around the winding and narrow streets to do some last-minute shopping before your departure from Nepal.
