Accommodation arrangements have been made for your stay in Kathmandu at Hotel Thamel Park or a 3-star hotel. You will be provided accommodation in Pokhara at Kuti Resort, a 3-star hotel. During the trek, you will stay in local tea houses on a twin-sharing basis. Single supplements are available upon request for an additional cost of USD 150. Please note that some tea houses may have shared washing and toilet facilities. Our priority is to ensure your comfort and satisfaction throughout your journey.

Our guests and staffโ€™s safety and well-being are paramount to us. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and have implemented the following measures to ensure a safe environment during our tours: 1. Vaccinated Tour Guides: All our tour guides are fully vaccinated to protect their safety and that of our guests. 2. Protective Measures for Guides: Our tour guides will wear masks throughout the tour and use gloves when sanitizing, taking temperatures, and providing hand sanitizer. They will also frequently check their temperatures and refrain from working if sick. They can return to work after receiving a negative COVID-19 test or being fever-free for 14 days. 3. Sanitization of Vehicles: Before each tour, our tour guides will thoroughly sanitize and wipe down all surfaces inside the vehicle to ensure a clean environment for our guests. 4. Temperature Checks: Our tour guides will use non-contact thermometers to check the temperature of each guest before entering the vehicle. Guests with a fever or traveling with others with a fever (temperature above 100.4ยบF/38.0ยบC) will not be allowed to join the tour. 5. Restricted Front Seat Access: The front seat of the vehicle will be off-limits to guests to maintain distance between guests and the tour guide. 6. Non-Compliance Measures: Guests who refuse to wear masks or abide by social distancing guidelines, thereby jeopardizing the health and safety of others, will be removed from the tour without a refund. 7. Minimal Contact: Our tour guides will be the only individuals handling the opening and closing of vehicle doors during the excursion to minimize contact. 8. Mask Requirements: Guests must wear masks for the tour, except in locations where masks are not required. Guests must provide their masks, and those without masks will not be allowed to take the tour. Children under five or with medical conditions are exempted from wearing masks, while children aged five and over must wear face coverings. 9. Social Distancing: Guests are expected to maintain a 6-foot distance from the tour guide, other guests not in their party, partner staff, and other patrons. 10. Sanitization at Stops: Our tour guides will use sanitary wipes to disinfect commonly touched areas inside the vehicle at each stop. 11. Hand Sanitizer/Wipes: Our tour guides will provide hand sanitizer or wipes to each customer when they re-enter the vehicle. 12. Limited Group Size: To ensure social distancing, we limit the number of guests on our tours to 8 people. 13. Ongoing Monitoring: Our leadership team will continue to closely monitor the recommendations from reputable health organizations and implement best practices accordingly. 14. Contact Tracing: When making a reservation, we collect guestsโ€™ contact information to facilitate contact tracing during a positive COVID-19 case.       After a smooth transfer to your hotel, you will have some time to unwind and relax from your journey. The hotel will provide you with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere to rejuvenate.


      In the evening, we will come together for a special welcome dinner, marking the beginning of our journey together. This dinner allows us to get acquainted, share our excitement, and discuss the upcoming itinerary.       As we arrive in Pokhara by evening, no specific activities are planned for the rest of the day, allowing you to unwind and explore the charm of Lakeside at your leisure. Lakeside is a vibrant and picturesque area known for its serene lakeside promenade, lively atmosphere, and breathtaking views of the Annapurna mountain range. You can stroll along the lakeside, browse the shops, savor local cuisine, or relax and soak in the tranquil ambiance.


      This free time allows you to acclimatize to the surroundings and enjoy the beauty of Pokhara at your own pace. You may indulge in optional activities like boating on Phewa Lake or visiting the fascinating International Mountain Museum. The evening offers a perfect opportunity to unwind and reflect on the natural splendor surrounding you.

      We will embark on an exciting drive to Nayapul in the morning in a private vehicle. As we reach Nayapul, we will continue our journey to Tikhedhunga by taking a jeep ride.


      The trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani is a thrilling and adventurous experience. We will follow the trail, encountering various local settlements along the way, each with its unique charm and cultural heritage. The trek presents opportunities to interact with the locals, immersing ourselves in their daily lives and gaining insights into their traditions and customs.


      Upon reaching Ghorepani, we will be greeted by beautifully decorated lodges that offer a comfortable and cozy ambiance. Ghorepani is known for its stunning Rhododendron trees, which add vibrant colors to the surroundings. The lodges provide a perfect resting place, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate after an exhilarating day of trekking.


      This night will mark our first experience of staying in a tea house, which is a unique and authentic way of immersing ourselves in the trekking culture of the region. The tea house accommodations provide basic yet comfortable facilities, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay.

      We will begin our day by waking up early and preparing by layering warm clothes to combat the chilly mountain air. Todayโ€™s highlight is a hike to the renowned viewpoint, Poon Hill. As we ascend to the top of this hill, we will be rewarded with a mesmerizing sight: the first rays of the sun casting a golden glow over the panoramic mountain vistas. The breathtaking views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks will captivate and inspire us.


      After experiencing the magical sunrise and soaking in the beauty of the mountains, we will return to Ghorepani, where a hearty breakfast awaits us. This meal will give us the nourishment and energy needed for the dayโ€™s trek.


      As we resume our journey, the path will lead us through a diverse landscape, traversing sub-tropical forests. The trail undulates, presenting a mix of uphill and downhill sections, adding to the adventure and excitement of the trek. Along the way, we will encounter the regionโ€™s rich biodiversity, with an abundance of flora and fauna to admire.


      Our destination for the day is Tadapani, a charming village nestled amidst the mountains. As we reach Tadapani, we will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.       To cross the river, we will encounter a suspension bridge, which adds a touch of excitement to our journey. The bridge offers a thrilling experience as we traverse it, providing stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the flowing river beneath.

Our journey from Sinuwa takes us uphill, gradually ascending through a dense sub-tropical forest characterized by magnificent Oak and Rhododendron trees. The forest envelops us with its vibrant colors and provides a refreshing atmosphere as we go through the trail.


      As we progress, the final stretch of our trek involves a 2-hour ascent that leads us to the picturesque village of Dovan. This section of the trail offers a unique combination of challenge and beauty, rewarding us with stunning vistas.


      Upon reaching Dovan, we will rest well, allowing ourselves to recharge and rejuvenate. This will be an opportunity to appreciate the natural surroundings and reflect on our progress thus far.


      After a refreshing break, we will continue to trek to our next destination: the Himalayas. The journey from Dovan to the Himalayas presents us with more captivating scenery and a sense of accomplishment as we navigate the trail.
