Airport pick up and drop off by private car/Jeep. Kathmandu to Pokhara to Kathmandu Transportation by Tourist Bus. Pokhara to Nayapul to Pokhara transportation by private vehicles.

Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) entry permit & Tourist Information Management System (TIMS) permits. Down jacket and sleeping bag by Sherpa Expedition and Trekking (which need to be returned after the trek) Medical supplies (first aid kit will be available). Government taxes and official expenses. Accommodation

Standard twin-sharing accommodation in a three-star hotel in Kathmandu (1 night only) and Pokhara (2 nights only) including breakfast. Trekking Lodge/teahouse accommodation during the trek.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Drive From Kathmandu To Pokhara (8,50M) 6-7 Hours.

      Day 1: Drive From Kathmandu To Pokhara (8,50M) 6-7 Hours.

      Our trekking staff will pick you up at the hotel at 6:30 am and take you to the tourist bus station. The bus to Pokhara leaves at around 7:30 am. Pokharaโ€™s main feature is Phewa Tal (lake) from where you will have panoramic views of Annapurna and Machapuchare (shape of fish tail) in the north, Dhaulagiri in the west and Lamjung Himal and Manaslu in the east.

       


  • Day 2 Day 2: Drive From Pokhara To Naya Pul And Trek To Ulleri (1,960M) 5-6 Hours.

      Day 2: Drive From Pokhara To Naya Pul And Trek To Ulleri (1,960M) 5-6 Hours.

      Today we travel by private vehicle from Pokhara to Nayapul and then trek to Ulleri. The trail follows a steep path for 2 to 3 hours before leveling off. We will then pass through a forested area and after leaving the forest we will have amazing views of Mt. Annapurna South and Mt. Hiunchuli. 

  • Day 3 Day 3: Trek To Ghorepani (2,840M) 6-7 Hours.

      Today we follow the trail to Ghorepani, gradually ascending to higher altitudes following a trail through oak and rhododendron. After walking for about 4 hours we will arrive at Ghorepani. 


  • Day 4 Day 4: Hike Up To Poonhill (3,210M) & Trek To Tadapani (2,610M) 6-7 Hours.

      In the pre-dawn, we head to Poon Hill (3,210m) to capture the rising sun as it reflects off the snowy Himalayan peaks. The views are absolutely brilliant and will have your camera snapping shots of the changing light over the mountains. We will stay for about 1 hour and then return to Ghorepani for breakfast. Leaving Ghorepani we climb along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests towards Deurali (2,960 m), Banthanti, and then turn off this trail and head to Tadapani.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Trek To Chomrong (2,140 M) 5-6 Hours.

      We will follow the trail beside the Kimrong River to Chomrong (2020m), all the while enjoying the views of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli Peak as well as the imposing Mt. Machapuchare.


  • Day 6 Day 6: Trek To Dovan (2,600 M) 5-6 Hours.

      The trail descends to Chomrong Khola and then ascends to Khuldighar (2,380m) where there used to be an ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area) check post. Further on we come to a clearing in the forest at which point the trail drops steeply down a rock bank, levels out, and then passes through a bamboo grove at the bottom of the gorge. From here we climb up some steep stone stairs until we reach Dovan.

      We follow the trail up and through the rhododendron forest on the banks of the Modi Khola (river) to Himalaya Hotel (2,920m). After stopping for lunch along the way we head to Hinku Cave which used to be a landmark for the earlier Annapurna I expeditions. It was used as a storage and supply depot. We continue to walk up through the jungle until we reach Deurali  (3,200m).

  • Day 8 Day 8: Trek To Annapurna Base Camp (4,130M) 4-5 Hours.

      Todayโ€™s trek takes us to (ABC) along a trail that is often covered in snow โ€“ depending on the season. From ABC you have mind-blowing views of Annapurna I (8091m). ABC has several teahouses where we can stop for a break and take in the magnificent views of Annapurna I, Annapurna South (7219m), Barah Shikhar (7800m), and Machapuchare (Fishtail).


  • Day 9 Day 9: Trek To Bamboo (2345 M) 5-6 Hours.

      We follow the same trail back down that drops by a staggering 1,700 meters to the banks of the Modi Khola (river) to Bamboo Village (2,345m).

  • Day 10 Day 10: Trek To Jhinu (1,780 M) 5-6 Hours.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      We follow the same trail until we reach Chomrong and Khuldighar. We continue on this trail passing through rhododendron and bamboo forests. From Chomrong it is a steep descent to Jhinu Danda where we can bath in the natural hot springs.

  • Day 11 Day 11: Trek To Nayapul & Drive To Pokhara (8,50M) 5-6 Hours.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 11: Trek To Nayapul & Drive To Pokhara (8,50M) 5-6 Hours.

      From Jhinu Danda we follow the trail along the banks of the Modi Khola for 4.5 hrs until we reach Birethanti Village. This is one of the most relaxing days on the trek. After reaching Nayapul we will drive back to Pokhara โ€“ about an hourโ€™s drive.

  • Day 12 Day 12: Drive Back To Kathmandu (1,350M) 6-7 Hours.

      Today we head back on a 6 to 7-hour drive to Kathmandu with many warm memories of Nepal and its unique culture and geography. These memories will last you a lifetime.
