Ensuring the safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority, and we closely monitor the evolving situation regarding Coronavirus/COVID-19. Rest assured that all our tour guides are fully vaccinated, prioritizing the well-being of both themselves and our visitors. To maintain a safe environment, we have implemented several recommended prevention and response measures, which include: - Our tour guides will wear masks throughout the tour and gloves when sanitizing, taking temperatures, opening/closing doors, and providing sanitizer to guests. - Guides will frequently monitor their temperatures for any signs of fever and will not work if they feel unwell. Following an illness, a guide can return to work only after receiving a negative COVID-19 test result or remaining fever-free for 14 days. - Before departing from our dispatch, each tour guide ensures thorough sanitization and wiping down of all surfaces inside the vehicle. - Our tour guides will use non-contact thermometers to check guestsโ temperatures before entering the vehicle at the pickup location. Individuals with a fever or those traveling with feverish companions (temperature exceeding 100.4ยบF or 38.0ยบC) will not be allowed to enter the vehicle. - The front seat will be reserved exclusively for the tour guide and will not be accessible to guests. - Guests are required to wear masks throughout the tour, except in locations where masks are not mandatory. We kindly ask guests to bring their masks, as those without masks will not be permitted to join the tour, and refunds will not be issued. Please note that children under five or individuals with medical conditions are exempt from wearing masks per CDC guidelines. However, children aged five and above must wear face coverings. - Guests are expected to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from the tour guide, other guests not in their party, partner staff, and fellow patrons, refraining from physical contact. - When guests disembark the vehicle at each stop, our tour guide will disinfect commonly touched areas using sanitary wipes. - Upon reentering the vehicle, our tour guide will provide hand sanitizer or wipes to each customer. - After each tour, all surfaces inside the vehicle will undergo thorough sanitization and wiping. - We limit the number of guests on our tours to 8 individuals to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone. - We are proactively communicating our refund policy to ensure that individuals feeling unwell receive a full refund if they need to cancel the tour. - Our leadership team actively monitors recommendations from reputable sources such as the CDC, WHO, and OHA, and we continually adapt our practices to follow best practices. When making a reservation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and home address. This information allows us to promptly contact all other guests on a tour if we receive notification that a participant has tested positive for COVID-19. As always, we are committed to providing clear and direct communication about our plans and activities to maintain the safest possible environment for our tours. Your safety and well-being remain our utmost concern.
