      Start the adventure from Santa Marta in a 4x4 vehicle. After a fun 3 hour drive, you arrive at El Mamey.

      Have lunch and get the necessary energy to start the hike through one of the largest pre-Columbian towns in Latin America, which was inhabited by the Tayrona civilization between the 11th and 14th century.

      The Lost City, called Teyuna in indigenous language, is the highest mountain in the world by the sea and is located in the heart of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. This mythical site is a complex system of terraced constructions, dwellings and ceremonial centers, vestiges of sophisticated architecture and engineering with spectacular scenery.

      After a nutritious breakfast at the camp, start very early in the morning with a 14.7 kilometer hike, which is approximately 8 hours among beautiful landscapes.

      At halfway you visit the indigenous community of Mutanyi before arriving at the cabin Cabaña Paraiso Teyuna, located at the foot of Teizhuna (teyuna), the sacred city of the Tayrona people at an altitude of 830 meters.

      Get up early to start this great day, before leaving the camp you have breakfast and get ready for a 13.6 kilometers hike.

      After the first hour of hiking you arrive at the incredible Lost City, where Have enough time to take pictures, relax and take the tour of the different sacred sites in this area.

      To get to the sacred city you must climb 1,200 steps built by the ancient Tayrona, although it sounds complicated, it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.

      Occasionally you may meet the Mamo (indigenous spiritual leader) who tells sacred stories and gives advice for life.

      Wake up early and have breakfast to start the last day hike of this fun experience.

      Head towards Adam Camp on a somewhat demanding trek, with ups and downs all the way for about 5 hours.

      At the camp you eat some fruits and continue walking.
