      Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide. From Paro, embark on a scenic drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan, which takes approximately 1.5 hours. In the afternoon, visit Tashichho Dzong, the impressive fortress and monastery that serves as the seat of the national government and the Central Monastic Body. Explore the National Memorial Chorten, a stupa built in memory of the third King, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll around Thimphu city and visit the local markets.       After breakfast, drive to Punakha, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours. En route, stop at Dochula Pass (3,100 meters), where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan mountain range and visit the 108 chortens (stupas) built by the Queen Mother. Upon arrival in Punakha, visit the majestic Punakha Dzong, known as the "Palace of Great Happiness," beautifully situated at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers. Explore Chimi Lhakhang, a fertility temple dedicated to Lama Drukpa Kunley, also known as the "Divine Madman." Spend the evening relaxing at the hotel or exploring the Punakha Valley.
