Day 1: Posadas Airport / Ibera Marshlands
Pass By: Libertador General José de San Martín Airport, Ruta Nacional 12km. 1366,5, N3300 Posadas, Misiones, Argentina
Welcome to Posadas! Upon arrival, you will be met at Posadas Airport or Bus Station and be provided with a 4 to 5-hour private transfer to a local estancia (typical Argentine ranch), settled in the Iberá Marshlands area, where you will spend the next few days.**Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes, insect repellent, sunhat, sunscreen, sunglasses, a small towel, pilot or raincoat and a light backpack for tours.

Welcome to Ibera Marshlands! This is the perfect place for travellers who want to experience ecotourism, explore an off-the-beaten-path destination in Argentina and be truly in contact with nature and local fauna. You will reach your destination: It is more a family house than a hotel; you will have the chance to try homemade Argentine and international dishes (all meals are included) and learn about the inhabitants’ customs. It is the perfect base to explore the area and enjoy a typical gaucho (cowboy) environment. You will have the afternoon free to explore the beautiful secluded countryside and then enjoy dinner. We suggest you watch the sunset in the Ibera Wetlands Coast!

Day 2: Ibera Marshlands: A day of unearthing peace and nature
Stop At: Iberá Wetlands, Corrientes, Argentina
After breakfast, you will have diverse optional activities included that you can choose to do. Some of the activities offered in the estancia are: Fauna Sighting & Safari, Night Safaris, Birdwatching, Walks, Horseback riding, bike rides, Boating, Kayaking and Cultural tours; all activities are shared. We recommend you to explore the wetlands, take a boat trip to see alligators and capybaras, and do fauna and flora sightings. The natural reserve is home to some exotic species declared Provincial Natural Monument like the marsh deer and some impressive aquatic vegetation. Take that camera / iPhone … you have work to do!

Day 3: Ibera Marshlands: A day of unearthing peace and nature
Stop At: Esteros de Ibera, Estancia San Juan Poriahu, Corrientes Argentina
Today, you will enjoy a second day in the Iberá Wetlands. Did you get that photo of that cute capybara? If not, you will have a second chance today. You can take another boat tour or try something new: Take a horse ride along the Iberá marshes and feel like a real argentine gaucho. If you would prefer an even more adventurous activity, try kayaking along the wetlands or biking around the Estancia! You can also enjoy at the lodge relaxing by the pool in summer or enjoying the warmth of the fireplace on cold days, being captivated by the books in the library or walking on the ample gardens; constantly visited by the local fauna.
**All activities on the Estancia are included and are those proposed by your host on arrival and arranged directly by Rewilding Experience. The day's activities are scheduled according to the opportunities of the season and weather.

Day 4: Ibera Marshlands / Puerto Iguazú
Pass By: Rincón del Socorro, Corrientes 3470, S2000 Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina
After breakfast, you will have a private transfer from the Estancia to your next destination: Puerto Iguazú. The 8 to 10 hour-long drive will be a good opportunity to rest or just relax enjoying the passing landscape at your window. **Today you will pass by sand, mud and asphalt roads.
Stop At: San Ignacio Mini - Jesuit Missions of the Guaranis, 3322 San Ignacio, San Ignacio 3300 Argentina
By midday, you can decide to make a short stop at San Ignacio town and have some free time or have a light lunch (not included) and then continue travelling northwards. We highly recommend making a short visit to San Ignacio Mini Jesuit Ruins (admission NOT included).

Welcome to Iguazu! Puerto Iguazu is a little town, gateway to visit the impressive Iguazu Falls, which have been recently declared as one of the New Seven Natural Wonders, making it a must-see destination for any traveller visiting Argentina. Upon arrival, you will be driven to your hotel. You will have the evening to relax and enjoy the tropical climate and jungle setting.

Day 5: Puerto Iguazú - Full-Day Iguazu National Park: Argentine Side
Stop At: Iguazu National Park, Iguazu National Park, Province of Misiones, Litoral
After breakfast, we will pick you up from your lodging and take you to a full-day tour (private service) to the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls. An experienced guide will show you the hidden gems of this unique National Park (entrance fee included).
Duration: 6 hours
Stop At: Garganta del Diablo, Iguazu National Park, Puerto Iguazu Argentina
Once inside the park, an ecological train ride (shared transport) will take you to the impressive Devil’s Throat, the most important of all 275 waterfalls that comprise the Iguazu falls system.
** In case there are many people in the train to the ‘Devil’s Throat’, you will try to go first to less crowded places (upper or lower circuit)

Pass By: Iguazu Falls, Iguazu National Park 3370 Argentina
As the tour continues, your guide will show you the best views of this world-famous natural wonder as you walk the lower and upper trails for some different perspectives. You will have some free time to eat lunch in this amazing environment (not included). At the end of the tour, you will be driven back to your hotel. **OPTIONAL: We highly recommend upgrading this excursion to include a shared boat tour experience. The boat tour allows you to get a close-up view of the falls and get showered by its water. To add this in advance, please write it down in the "Special Requirements" box (while booking) and we’ll quote it for you.

Day 6: Puerto Iguazu - Half-Day Iguazu National Park: Brazilian Side / Cataratas Airport
Stop At: Parque Nacional do Iguacu, Rodovia Br-469 Km 1-8, Foz do Iguacu, State of Parana 85853-830 Brazil
After breakfast, we will pick you up at your lodging to enjoy a half-day tour (private service) to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls (entrance fee included). While Argentina has 80% of the falls on its side, Brazil has the best panoramic view! As you reach customs, you will go through the immigration process before heading to your next destination. Don't forget your passport!
**INTERNATIONAL BORDER: Please make sure you meet Brazil's entry and travel requirements before going on this tour. It is the traveler's responsibility to have all their necessary travel documents to tour the brazilian side of the falls.**Time spent at the international border can vary from half an hour to some hours.

Be prepared to enter this amazing park and board a bus (shared transport) that will take you to the viewing walkways. Following up, you’ll begin to tour the half-mile viewing walkway that provides spectacular panoramic views of the front of the falls. At the end of the circuit, you will approach Floriano Fall and get sprayed by its heavy mist. A day you will never forget! **OPTIONAL: Upgrading this excursion to include a boat tour experience is recommended. The boat tour allows you to get a close-up view of the falls. To add this in advance, please write it down in the 'Special Requirements' box (while booking) and we’ll quote it for you. Please keep in mind that to fit this in your itinerary, your flight should depart at 7:30 p.m. or later.

Iguazú Falls adventure comes to an end, say goodbye to the awe-inspiring landscapes. After touring the park, a private transfer will take you to the airport or bus station to take your flight or bus to your next destination. (Puerto Iguazu Airport, Puerto Iguazu Bus Station or Foz do Iguaçu Airport).
