  • Day 1 Bushmanland
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Bushmanland

      We will leave Windhoek by road around 8:00am and travel north to Bushmenland, where we will meet the Bushmen community in their village. The Bushmen are ancient people with an exciting way of living. Get ready to observe and learn about their culture. 

      Distance: 470km (292mi) on tarred road.

      Duration: 5 hours with stop-overs and a lunch break.

  • Day 2 Visit To The Bushman Village

      Visit To The Bushman Village

      Early morning visit to Bushmen Village (Living Museum of the Ju/โ€™Hoansi), situated deep in the bush, where we will spend around 3 hours with this unique and fascinating community. We will observe their traditions and culture, learn animal tracking skills in the bush, find water-rich plants and berries, and pick fruit. Bushmen will perform their traditional dances, games and songs. 

      Participation in all activities is welcomed!

  • Day 3 Etosha National Park

      Etosha National Park

      After breakfast, we will travel to Namibiaโ€™s wildlife sanctuaryโ€”Etosha National Park. Etosha, meaning a "place of dry water", is one of the most frequently visited and considered one of Africaโ€™s most loved national parks. Dedicated to protecting wildlife in the African bush and savanna, its specific atmosphere, beauty and close encounter with nature simply overwhelms visitors!


      Wild animals such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, rhinos, various antelopes, birds and reptiles inhabit enormous regions of grassy savanna. Etosha presents a picture of harmony and balance in nature while filling the viewer with tranquility and serenity while we observe wildlife in its natural, untouched environment. It is a live theater of nature at its best!


      Today, the game drive is until late afternoon, and we must return to our lodge before sunset.

  • Day 4 Etosha Wildlife Kingdom
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Etosha Wildlife Kingdom

      A full day game drive is planned for today, from sunrise until sunset, with a break for lunch. Please take this opportunity to ask our guides anything you would like to know.


      Distance: around 200km (124mi) on gravel roads in Etosha.

      Duration: full day game drive inside Etosha National Park.

  • Day 5 Opuwo And Kaokaland

      Opuwo And Kaokaland

      After breakfast, travel through the western regions of Etosha, visiting waterholes and enjoying the wildlife of Africa. Leaving Etosha around lunchtime, we are driving to Opuwo in Kaokoland, the capital of this northern region. Distance: around 400km (249mi), mainly on tarred roads.


      Accommodation: 2 nights at Opuwo Country Hotel or similar.

  • Day 6 Himba Village
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Himba Village

      In the morning, we will travel through the vast terrain of Kaokoland to visit the semi-nomadic Himba people. Himba are one of the last semi-nomadic communities on Earth, who continue to keep their traditional and ancient way of life, as they did for hundreds of years. The Himba have clung to their traditions, and the beautiful Himba women are noted for their intricate hairstyles and traditional jewelry. As Himba men and women wear little clothes apart from a loin cloth or goat skin mini skirt, they rub their bodies with red ochre and fat to protect themselves from the sun, making their appearance a rich red colour. Himba jewelry is made from iron or shell, and their intricate designs have become very popular among Western tourists.

      End Of Tour

      After breakfast, we head back to Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia. Our journey will take around 8 hours, with stops to stretch our legs, enjoy lunch and take photos of the magnificent landscape. Arrival in Windhoek is planned for late afternoon, and our guide will transfer you to your lodge/hotel.
