Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, you will be greeted by your local guide and then transferred to hotel in Phnom Penh for check-in. Kindly note that check-in time standard is at 14:00. Welcome dinner will be arranged in local restaurant to meet your fellow riders and guides.

Day 2 Cycling Phnom Penh & Islands

Cycling Phnom Penh & Islands

Breakfast at the hotel, then you’ll enjoy a cycling tour to Koh Dach Island to see the life of the people living along the banks of the Mekong River. We also walk around the village and visit a community craft workshop. Besides fishing and farming, the people here have many professional skills in arts and crafts and make quality products, which are sold in the local markets.

This afternoon we go by bus to visit the Royal Palace (home to current Cambodian monarch – King Sihamoni) and the infamous Tuol Sleng Prison. Also known as Security Prison 21 (S21), Tuol Sleng Prison is a former high school that was transformed into a detention and interrogation center. An estimated 14,000 to 20,000 Cambodians accused of being traitors were tortured to death or sent to their execution from here.

Day 3 Phnom Penh To Chhang

Phnom Penh To Chhang

Today we transfer to the ancient capital of Udong where Udong Mountain is still home to many of the old Royal Palaces. We pay a visit to one of the remaining stupa’s before we cycle through rural back roads in Kampong Chhnang Province.

Day 4 Kampong Chhnang – Battambang

Kampong Chhnang – Battambang

In the morning, transfer to the local ferry then cross to the western side of the river and cycle through the countryside, around Neng Konrey Mountain before heading back to the berry for the transfer to Battambang Town.

Day 5 Battambang

Battambang

The tour starts after breakfast with a day cycling around Battambang to hidden places including a unique ride to experience the famous bamboo train through the villages and rice fields including the pre – Angkor Complex Phnom Banon temple. Later we explore Phnom Sampov known as the Killing cave while Cambodia ruled by Khmer Rouge (1975–79).

Day 6 Battambang – Siem Reap By Boat– Cooking Class

Today take a scenic boat journey along the river and out on to the Tonle Sap Lake past floating villages and witness daily life on the banks for 5+ hours to Siem Reap, upon arrival we cycle for 12km to the hotel and we enjoy a cooking class in the evening.

Day 7 Explore Angkor Wat By Bike

Explore Angkor Wat By Bike

Head out early this morning to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat then visit the temple, we will have breakfast in a local restaurant before we start cycling to visit the stunning temples of Angkor Thom and Bayon.

After lunch continue cycling to Ta Prohm temple then return to hotel by bike. This evening we will enjoy a farewell dinner with the Cambodian team at one of the city’s best restaurants.

Time to say our sad farewells and onward journey. Standard hotel check–out time is 12:00pm (bags can be left for later flights). You will be transferred to Siem Reap airport for your onward flights.
