Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival

Stop At: Nouakchott, Mauritania
We'll pick you up from the airport and drive you to your hotel. You may have dinner if it's not too late. Rest at your hotel because the following day will be full of adventures.

Day 2: City Tour

Stop At: Nouakchott, Mauritania
After breakfast, you'll get to meet our crew. Afterwards, we'll proceed to the market and then visit the national museum (if it's a working day). After that, we'll go to the camel market and then start our tour.

By around 12:00 PM, we'll stop for lunch and then continue our journey at around 2:30 PM.

At sunset, we'll start setting up our tents, prepare our dinner and have some chat by the fire.

Day 3: Continue with our adventure

Stop At: Mauritania Sahara, Boutilimit Mauritania
Rise and shine at dawn. You may proceed with your morning routine. We can pick you by car if you want to roam around the fantastic dunes and views.

We'll then proceed to Matmata to visit the remaining crocodiles of the desert.

Later, we'll spend the night in the dunes under a wonderful and starry skies.

Day 4: Beautiful canyons of Tagant

Stop At: Tagant Region, Tagant Region
After breafast, we'll go ahead and visit the beautiful canyons in the Tagant region after passing thru the small city of Tidjikja.

We'll continue our journey by passing thru Taoujaft and have an amazing experience with nomads. We'll spend the night at Oued of Rachid.

Day 5: Visit Adrar

Stop At: Adrar Region, Adrar Region
We'll resume our journey by passing thru the dunes of Elkhatt and spend the night at the Adrar region.

Day 6: Oasis in Lehnouk

Stop At: Terjit Oasis, Atar Mauritania
Be amazed by the amazing dunes on our way to the oasis near Lehnouk. We'll then go to Terjit Oasis thru Rallye Paris Dakar and spend the night in the canyons of Tezent.

Day 7: Mhereth Oasis

Stop At: Mauritania Sahara, Boutilimit Mauritania
We'll start the day at the beautiful oasis of Terjit and then later on, we can go ahead visit the oasis in Mhereth. We'll spend the night at the oued of Ichif which is also near in Mhereth.

Day 8: City of Chinguetti

Stop At: Chinguetti, Chinguetti, Adrar Region
From the oued of Ichif, we'll go Chinguetti to visit the old city, the mosque and the bibiliotheque. In the afternoon, we can indulge at the beautiful sea of dunes and spend the night there or you can take a shower in the camp and then sleep in the auberge if you prefer that.
