Day 1: Explore Istria: Guided Tour Pula

Stop At: Pula Arena, Flavijevska ul., 52100, Pula, Croatia
The most famous and important monument, the starting and ending point of every sightseeing tour is the Amphitheater, popularly called the Arena of Pula, which was once the site of gladiator fights. It was built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, at the same time as the magnificent Colosseum in Rome.
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Kumparicka, Cokuni 25, Krnica 52207 Croatia
Visit goat farm, taste cheeses and olive oil.
Duration: 4 hours

Meals included:

Day 2: Explore Istria: Guided Tour Rovinj

Stop At: Church of St. Euphemia, Garibaldijeva Ulica - Via Garibaldi 1, Rovinj 52210 Croatia
The church of St. Euphemia is ranked among the most beautiful representations of the Baroque period in Istria and dominates the small coastal town of Rovinj. St. Euphemia is the townโ€™s patron saint and her remains are housed in a marble sarcophagus in the church.

Stop At: Punta Corrente, Punta, Rovinj 52210 Croatia
The forest park Punta Corrente (Golden Cape) is one of the most important natural attractions of Rovinj. At the end of the nineteenth century Georg Hรผtterott bought four Rovinj islands (St. Andrew, Maskin, Sturag and San Giovanni) and began cleaning up an area of about 90 hectares on the Golden Cape to build a spa. His premature death interrupted the realization of this ambitious project, but his vision remained and contributed to the development of tourism in this area.

Trg Marลกala Tita is a focal point of Rovinj and an appealing place to relax and do some people-watching. Join others sipping coffee at cafรฉ terraces, check out the fountain at its center and admire the historical architecture.

โ€ข Dinner: Small dishes during wine tasting. If our guests have a bigger appetite we can arrange for a bigger meal.

Day 3: Cooking Class

Stop At: Pula's Marketplace, Narodni Trg 9, Pula 52100 Croatia
We will begin our day at Pula's Marketplace where we will pick ingredients for our cooking class. Our guests can choose whether they want to make pasta, prepare fish from scratch or a traditional clay oven dish.
Duration: 8 hours

Stop At: Motovun, Motovun, Istria
After our cooking class we will go to Motovun, to explore this romantic, hill-top town.
Duration: 4 hours

Meals included:
โ€ข Lunch: The cooking class includes three meals.
โ€ข Dinner: If our guests are hungry we can make dinner plans once we are at the hotel.

Day 4: Wine Tour

Stop At: Istria, Istria
We will be going on a wine tour in Western Istria where our guests will have a chance to try tasty Istrian wines.
Duration: 8 hours

Meals included:
โ€ข Lunch: Lunch in an authentic Istrian konoba.
โ€ข Dinner: Dinner is at our guests own preference.

Day 5: Hike

Stop At: Lim, Croatia
It's hike day! After all this eating we have to get you back into shape for your return home. We will be hiking for 3-4 hours in the Istrian hills. After that we will explore Lim Fjord - an interesting channel where you can visit an oyster farm, and sample seafood from the area.
Duration: 8 hours
