Itinerary

Day 1: Visit to Syracuse and Ortigia

Stop At: Parco Archeologico della Neapolis, Via Paradiso 14, 96100, Syracuse, Sicily Italy
We’ll pick you up at the hotel at 10 am, after your breakfast. We’ll drive along a scenery road towards Syracuse. We’ll visit the Greek heritage of the city, visible at the Archaeological Park. Then, we’ll reach the ancient island, Ortigia. We’ll walk in the pedestrian area and visit churches and buildings. A special visit will be dedicated to the National Archaeological Museum and the Museum of Papyrus. Lunch will be at an old monastery, now a restaurant. Return at the hotel by 5 pm and dinner.

Day 2: Visit to Noto

Pick-up at 10 am, after breakfast. We’ll drive to Noto, the capital city of baroque. The whole day will be spent in the city, among the most beautiful buildings, churches, and monasteries. Lunch will be served at local Sicilian trattoria. Return to the hotel by 7 pm and dinner.

Day 3: Visit to Planeta Vineyard & Cellar

An unforgettable day at one of the most famous wine producers, Planeta, not far from the city of Noto. You’ll enjoy special food and wine tasting. Return at the hotel by 4. Special dinner out with baroque music and Sicilian traditional menu at an old farmhouse not far from the resort.

Day 4: Visit to Modica and Ragusa

We’ll pick you up at 10 am at the hotel, after breakfast. Driving on a scenic road, we’ll reach the enchanting town of Modica, astounding sample of baroque art. We’ll have a quick lunch, then we’ll reach Ragusa and its ancient first settlement, Ibla. Return to the hotel will be by 7 pm.

Day 5: Visit to Catania

The day will be dedicated to the visit of the largest city of Eastern Sicily, Catania. This bustling city offers a rich scenario in terms of art events. We’ll visit the Cathedral and the key elements of the baroque style in the city. Lunch will be served at a traditional Sicilian trattoria. Afternoon will be left for shopping. Return at the hotel by 7 pm and dinner.
