      Meeting at Tbilisi or Kutaisi airport and transfer to a hotel in Tbilisi; Check in after 14:00.

  • Day 2 Monday: Tbilisi - Jvari - Mtskheta.

      Monday: Tbilisi - Jvari - Mtskheta.

      10:00 - start exploring Tbilisiโ€™s old town. Visit Sameba (Trinity) Cathedral, Metekhi Church, and the Bridge of Peace over the Mtkvari River. By cable car, visit Narikala Fortress and the Mother of Georgia statue. Take a walking tour to the Abanotubani district, famous for its Sulphur baths, Clock Tower of Rezo Gabriadze Theatre, and Anchiskhati basilica. Continue to Jvari Church, built at the end of the VI century. From here, enjoy a beautiful panorama of Mtskheta, nestled between peaks and the confluence of two rivers. Drive to Mtskheta, the old capital of Georgia. Take a stroll in the old town and visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Return to Tbilisi.

  • Day 3 Tuesday: Signagi - Bodbe - Gremi - Telavi

      09:00 - drive to fortified city Signagi, surrounded with a wall and watchtowers. Explore convent of Bodbe, the territory of the monastery offers spectacular views of the land of the best Georgian wines - Alazani Valley with peaks of the Greater Caucasus towering behind it. Continue to Gremi fortress, visit local history museum and experience the unique traditions of the region at local Community, where you can savor Kakhetian wines crafted in Kvevri in accordance with local customs. Arrive in Telavi, visit Telavi old town and the food market Check in to hotel.

  • Day 4 Wednesday: Alaverdi - Tsinandali โ€“ Ananuri - Gudauri

      10:00 - we will start this day with Tsinandali Estate - well known for its beauty. Prince Alexander Chavchavadze was a poet and a prominent figure in Georgia. In his home you can find an art gallery and a bar, where you can try Tsinandali - the first Georgian wine produced in accordance with the European technology. Next stop is in the Alaverdi Cathedral. Built in the early XI century, it is one of four Great Cathedrals of the country and the highest of the ancient churches of Georgia. Continue towards the Caucasus Mountains, we will make a stop on the bank of the Zhinvali reservoir and visit Ananuri Castle, check in and diner at the hotel.

      09:00 - we will follow the old Georgian Military road through Cross Pass, a route steeped in both natural beauty and historical significance. On the way stop at the Friendship monument, our path leads us to Stephantsminda, a quaint town surrounded by the majestic Caucasus Mountains. Here we will drive up to Gergeti mountain and enjoy beautiful panorama from the iconic Trinity Church. After the exploration of Kazbegi area, weโ€™ll drive to Gori, immersing ourselves in history at Stalinโ€™s birthplace and museum. Check in to hotel.

      09:00 - Drive to Ushguli village situated 2200 m. above the sea level, it is the highest mountain settlement in Europe, with the world of ancient homes, old towers and centuries-old customs. Upper Svaneti is a naturally - formed Museum of alpine meadows, wild glaciers, towering mountains and monuments of the middle-ages. Fortified village of Ushguli has been keeping the essence of Svaneti for a thousand year. A local museum will reveal secrets of the patriarchal life of the Svan, while the church of Lamaria of the XII century will enrich your experience with abundance of legends associated with this church. Back to Mestia and diner at the hotel;

      10:00 - By cable car visit Hatsvali Mountain with fascinating 360 panorama of Ushba and Tetnuldi Mountains. Continue the road to Batumi. Arrival and check in to Batumi hotel. Walk along the seaside to visit unique moving statue of Ali and Nino, Georgian Alphabetic Tower, fountain of Chacha, Piazza Square and Europe Square.       Free morning for leisure at the sea,  check out from a hotel, drive towards the Gonio village, at the easternmost outpost of the Roman Empire, visit Apsaros Fortress and drive to Batumi Botanical Garden. The 113 acres of the green cape and with more than 5000 species of plants from all continents. Trekking through nine floristic sections around 2 hours. This day will conclude diner at Lia Deida family restaurant near Argveta village. Drive to Kutaisi or Tbilisi, according the return flight; accommodation.
