      Weยดll have some free time in the morning in Tangier before heading south to Asilah. This small, picturesque walled city on the Atlantic coast was once a bustling ancient port and a notorious base for pirates. Today, it brims with vibrant life. Weยดll take a leisurely stroll through its charming streets. Later in the evening, we will arrive in Rabat, where dinner will be included.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Rabat, Casablanca, El Jadida, Safi

      Day 3: Rabat, Casablanca, El Jadida, Safi

      Panoramic tour of Rabat. Weโ€™ll see the immense Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the powerful Kasbah of the Udayas. Around midday, weโ€™ll head to Casablanca for a brief city tour with a local guide around the city. Here, weโ€™ll visit the exterior of the grand Hassan II Mosque, one of the most significant mosques in the Arab world. After the tour, weโ€™ll have some free time for lunch along the scenic seafront in La Corniche.Following lunch, weโ€™ll continue to El Jadida. Its citadel (Mazagan) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built by the Portuguese in the early sixteenth century. Weโ€™ll stroll through its picturesque streets, which retain many traces of the Portuguese era, such as the Manueline-style Church of the Assumption. Weโ€™ll also include a visit to the old sixteenth-century cistern (admission included).Our journey will then take us to Safi, where weโ€™ll arrive in the evening. Dinner will be included.Note: The old cistern in El Jadida is currently closed for restoration but is expected to reopen later this season.

      Day 4: Safi, Essaouira, Agadir

      With our guide, weโ€™ll visit Safi, a city renowned for its ceramics, highly prized throughout Morocco for their quality and bright colors. Weโ€™ll photograph the Castle of the Sea and its impressive fortress walls, stroll through the charming Medina, and visit the Hill of the Potters with its many shops.Afterward, weโ€™ll continue to Essaouira. Its walled Medina, facing the sea, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This beautifully preserved city is a favorite among artists and painters. Youโ€™ll have free time for lunch and to wander through its narrow streets, whitewashed houses, and strong walls struck by the waves.After lunch, weโ€™ll continue along the Atlantic coast, taking in the magnificent landscapes. Weโ€™ll make a brief stop in Taghazout, a picturesque small town known for its fishing and popular with surfers. Then, weโ€™ll proceed to Agadir for accommodation, arriving in the evening. Dinner will be included.

      Youโ€™ll have a free morning to enjoy the countryโ€™s top beach destination. Relax on its infinite beaches, take a scenic walk along the seafront, or shop in one of the many retail areas.Our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful and lasting memories.Please, check the time of your flight in case you might need an additional night.
